Property was very clean and close to everything. However, unlike other VRBOs I have rented, this property had the bare minimum of miscellaneous items such as zip lock bags, trash bags, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. These items are usually left over from previous guests so I guess I've been spoiled with all my other rentals. Also, some beach chairs and an umbrella would have been nice to have without having to travel with those bigger items. Other than this, the house was very clean and met all of our needs.
