Happy Stay at Arcachon.

We stayed for two weeks. Appartement is clean and spacy. Perfect shower. Location even better. Central from supermarktes, beach, station and Arcachon center. One pointer to improve: there are little few sockets. One per room. Arrival and welcome was nice, but only in French.

excellent séjour

Excellent séjour dans ce joli appartement trÚs bien situé prés des commerces des plages et des sorties. Il est néanmoins trÚs calme. L'équipement est trÚs complet. L'accueil a été aux "petits soins" trÚs attentif et à l'écoute. Bien qu'il soit au 3e étage sans ascenseur, l'escalier est large et trÚs praticable et la place de parking est un vrai plus dans le centre d'Arcachon.

Accueil d'arrivée et de sortir pas à la hauteur de la location

Belle location confortable dans une rĂ©sidence pas toute jeune en plein centre ville. Manque de communication entre les deux concierges qui devez nous accueillir, ton dĂ©sagrĂ©able au tĂ©lĂ©phone quand il Ă  su notre heure d'arriver qu'on avais prĂ©vu avec la propriĂ©taire par tĂ©lĂ©phone( entre 16h30 et 17h00),Ensuite SMS trĂšs dĂ©sagrĂ©able Ă  notre dĂ©part anticipĂ©. MĂȘme si tout le reste est bien, l'ACCEUIL clientĂšle est le plus important et c'est ce que nous retiendrons sur cette location. Dommage pour la propriĂ©taire qui n'est pas sur place et doit tout faire pour avoir une belle location, et que au final son personnel gĂąche tout. Merci Ă  la propriĂ©taire qui Ă  toujours eu un accueil chaleureux avec nous au tĂ©lĂ©phone. Mr et Mme BOUCHERIE

L'appartement de M Saiz est tres bien les lits des mes enfants et de nous super lit TV canapé table super Cuisine super aussi Pour nous ca va Car nous ne faisons pas la cuisine pendants les vacances On mange au resto le soir et le midi plage. L'appartement est tout prÚs des magasin monoprix juste a cote les pains aussi Tout a pieds. Nous avons a louer les velos super Juste 5 minutes a pieds 2Roues loc le nom de location velo super L'appartement est bien placé vraiment Saut il manque de ventilateur dans salle de bain Il manque de l'aire Nous sommes obligés laisser ouverte toujours la porte de salle de bain. Ainsi dans l'escalier mon dieu C'est mon l'aire mon dieu Pas de fenetre si il fait 35 degré dehors dans l'escalier fait toujours 40 degres pas de tout de l'aire Pauve les gens qui habite là vrsiment pas de fenetre c'est vrsiment tu ne peux pas respirer surtout il fait dehors. Sinon l'appartement super Les lits surtout mon mari problÚme le dos et moi C'est super Tranquille machine a laver propre Bravo super Le propriétaire M Saiz repond le texto et corine et son mari aussi Super Merci Malheureusement mes enfants n'ont pas pu faire les stages de surfs a cause de incindie dans la foret Mais bon Mieux tranquille a la plage avec mes enfants Voila C'est bien l'appartement 3eme etage sans ascenseur Ca fait bien dans les jambes Cool Bien cordialement Gina

Nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour dans cet appartement trĂšs propre, trĂšs fonctionnel et trĂšs bien placĂ© dans le centre ville d'Arcachon. Tout est Ă  proximitĂ©, c'est un bonheur. Les 3 Ă©tages Ă  monter sont un peu rudes surtout au moment de l'arrivĂ©e et du dĂ©part avec les valises, mais sinon cela ne nous a pas gĂȘnĂ©. Cela nous a fait notre petit exercice rĂ©gulier. Nous recommandons cet appartement. Un grand merci aux hĂŽtes qui ont Ă©tĂ© trĂšs sympathiques Ă©galement.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Alles wie erwartet! Die Wohnung liegt optimal (zentral und gleichzeitig nach am Wasser) und bietet im Grunde alles, was man fĂŒr einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Wir waren allerdings auch nur zu dritt. Die Vermieter waren gut erreichbar und der Parkplatz am Haus Gold wert, auch wenn dieser wirklich sehr, sehr eng ist.

Idéalement placé dans le centre ville d'Arcachon

Appartement traversant, au 3Ăšme Ă©tage d'un immeuble annĂ©es 70 situĂ© au cƓur du centre ville d'Arcachon. A deux pas de la jetĂ©e Thiers (dĂ©part bateaux, club Mickey, plage) et des commerces (monoprix / Halles / marchĂ©). L'appartement est exactement comme prĂ©sentĂ© sur les photos. Le parking est un vrai plus mĂȘme s'il vaut mieux savoir manƓuvrer sa voiture. Rien d'insurmontable si votre voiture fait moins de 1.80 de large. On peut aussi y stocker des vĂ©los (5 loueurs Ă  proximitĂ©) en toute tranquillitĂ©. L'entrĂ©e et la sortie des lieux s'est trĂšs simplement dĂ©roulĂ©e grĂące Ă  Nicolas & Corine. Merci au propriĂ©taire qui nous a accueilli avec une bouteille de rosĂ©. IdĂ©al pour se poser aprĂšs avoir fait de la route.

mobilier neuf et emplacement idéal

J'ai louĂ© l'appartement avec ma compagne il y a qq semaines... L'appartement est idĂ©alement placĂ© dans le centre d’Arcachon et 2 pas de la plage. Il est propre et mobilier rĂ©cent. Le balcon est aussi un atout dont nous avons bien profitĂ©. Nous recommandons sans rĂ©serve, Sylvain C.

Séjour trÚs agréable, appartement lumineux , refait à neuf. Tout est accessible à pied. Beaucoup de commodités aux alentours, restos, magasins; plage. TrÚs bon séjour passé sur place dans un appartement trÚs propre. Propriétaires trÚs sympathiques. Pas de bémol.

Accueil sympathique et trÚs efficace et arrangeant de Nicolas. Logement hyper central tout en étant calme, spacieux, bien distribué et rénové avec goût (avec cependant quelques touches d'origine ...), vrai linge de lit et de toilette (et non de style "hÎpital" comme dans certaines locations), produits d'entretien, balcon bien agréable avec vue et parking. Seul petit bémol pour des anciens comme nous : l'absence d'ascenseur mais l'escalier est trÚs praticable.

un trÚs bon séjour au centre d'Arcachon

IdĂ©alement situĂ© au centre-ville, nous avons passĂ© de trĂšs bonnes vacances dans cet appartement. La rue, quoique commerçante, est peu frĂ©quentĂ©e par les vĂ©hicules et aucun restaurant Ă  proximitĂ© ne fait de bruit en soirĂ©e. Toute la ville est accessible Ă  pied ou Ă  vĂ©lo de ce point central et la plage est Ă  5min Ă  pied. Bien que dans un immeuble ancien, les propriĂ©taires ont su remettre au goĂ»t du jour l'agencement et la dĂ©coration. Ils sont Ă©galement trĂšs disponibles et rĂ©pondent rapidement aux questions que nous nous sommes posĂ©s avant de venir sur Arcachon. Tout le confort est prĂ©sent, de la cafetiĂšre nespresso Ă  la literie impeccable, en passant par les lave-vaisselle et lave-linge. Petit plus, une place de parking est disponible (pour une voiture de taille moyenne qu'il va falloir savoir manƓuvrer). En somme, nous avons passĂ© un excellent sĂ©jour.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum von Arcachon

Wir haben wunderbare Sommerferien in dieser schönen Wohnung im Herzen von Arcachon verbracht. Der Strand ist nur zweihundert Meter entfernt. Markt, Restaurants und LÀden befinden sich in unmittelbarer NÀhe. Mit dem Fahrrad und dem Schiff kann man die Region gut erkunden. Die Wohnung ist hell, freundlich und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und reagieren schnell. Alles gut!
