Superb new apartment, high-end services. 75 m2 with 2 bedrooms and a 40 m2 terrace facing south. Close to the tram and 10 minutes from the center of Bordeaux. Fiber TV and internet, Sound system - Elevator. Private parking in the basement. Closed bicycle garage. Air conditioner. You will like my accommodation for the terrace and the quality of the services. My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families (with children) - 2 bedrooms with double bed, possibility of adding bedding with the sofa bed + 2 pers. (subject to acceptance)
Local shops to do your shopping. And a large shopping area not far away. Restaurants in the avenue and the heart of Bordeaux 10 minutes by tram (tram stop 5 minutes by foot). The center can be reached in 15 minutes by bike with cycle paths. The apartment is in a quiet area.

Excellent séjour

Idéalement situé, cet appartement nous a permis de découvrir Bordeaux en tram et à pied. Points forts : terrasse, clim, proximité du tram, place de parking, confort et équipements. Résidence moderne et calme. Très bon contact avec le propriétaire, disponible et accueillant.

Wohnung hatte eine sehr schöne Terrasse, komplett und gut ausgestattet, freundlich, sauber, aber sehr laut zur Strasse.

Excellent séjour à Bordeaux

Appartement très agréable, lumineux et très bien équipé. La literie est très bonne dans les deux chambres. L'emplacement dans le parking souterrain pour la voiture et le local sécurisé pour les vélos sont très appréciables. Il est bien situé, à 2 pas d'un arrêt de tram et d'une station de vélos (nombreuses pistes cyclables très pratiques pour visiter et éviter le trafic du centre-ville). Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Appartamento bello, confortevole e molto godibile

In gruppo di 4 persone (mia moglie e io, sua sorella e suo marito) abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Bordeaux dal 20 al 27 agosto 2017 in questo appartamento. Il soggiorno era veramente buono. L'appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Le istruzioni sono molto chiare. Molto vicino al centro della città, molto silenzioso e tranquillo quartiere, l'edificio è moderno (costruito nel 2016) e l'appartamento è ben equipaggiato: aria condizionata (abbiamo avuto una settimana a 35 gradi), due camere da letto, bagno con doccia molto grande, asciugacapelli e lavatrice, cucina con lavastoviglie, piano cottura a induzione, frigorifero e forno a microonde, nel soggiorno un televisore molto moderno! La maggior parte di questo appartamento sono diversi: primo parcheggio sotterraneo e la terrazza che vi permetterà di rilassarsi all'esterno e trascorrere il tempo molto piacevole in pieno sole in primavera e in estate. Abbiamo vissuto una settimana "molto francese" che ci è piaciuta molto! Assolutamente consigliato. Domenico (Milano / Italia)

Appartement charmant, bien entretenu. confortable

En groupe de 4 personnes (ma femme et moi, sa soeur et son mari) on a passé une semaine à Bordeaux du 20 au 27 Aout 2017 dans cet appartement. Le séjour s’est passé vraiment bien. L’appartement était propre et bien en ordre. Les instructions trés claires. Très proche du centre ville, quartier très tranquille et sans bruit, l’immeuble est moderne (construit en 2016) et l’appartement est bien equippé: climatisation (on eu une semaine à 35 degrés), deux chambres à coucher, une salle de bain avec une très grande douche, sèche-cheveux et lave-linge, la cuisine avec lave-vaisselle, plaque à induction, réfrigérateur et four à micro-ondes, dans lo salon un appareil télévision hyper moderne! Les plus de cet appartement sont plusieurs: place parking souterrain tout d’abord et la terrasse qui vous permettra de déjouner dehors et de passer du temps très agréable en plein soleil au printemps et en été. On a vécu une semaine “très francaise” que nous avons aimée beaucoup!! Absolument conseillé. Domenico (Milan/Italie)

Appartement neuf

Venons de séjourner trois nuits dans un appartement neuf conforme au descriptif. Le logement est propre et parfaitement équipé. Nous avons apprécié son calme. Le Tram qui se situe aux pieds de l'immeuble permet de se rendre dans le centre très rapidement (10 min) et ne représente pas une nuisance sonore. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à de futurs locataires.

Parfait

Très bien aménagé, flexibilité des heures d'arrivée/départ. Le tram est à quelques mètres de l'appartement, on est à Bordeaux centre en à peine 5 minutes ! Nous avions un peu peur du bruit du clocher de l'église tout à côté, mais nous n'avons rien entendu. Le parking est vraiment un plus. Appart super bien équipé, tout est à disposition, un vrai bonheur. Je recommande vivement

Très bel appartement, grand et moderne. Très bien situé, 10 Mn à peine du centre de bordeaux en tramway, qui se trouve en bas de l'immeuble. Très bon rapport qualité /prix. Je le recommande vivement
