This bright escape offers a private balcony that overlooks the sea, direct access to the beach, and outstanding resort amenities, including an outdoor pool, a dock, two kayaks, and a concierge! This condo is located in the Blue Water Villas, a beachfront property six miles north of San Pedro and only five miles from Secret Beach. San Pedro is also home to many restaurants, beach bars, shops, and nightlife easily explored by golf cart or bike. You'll be ideally situated for scuba diving and snorkeling excursions, deep-sea fishing, boating trips, and spa visits - all of which can be arranged with the concierge's assistance.

Nice Beachfront Condo - north Ambergris Caye

Condo was nice, spacious and had some amenities. Couch turned into a bed and was nice. The hammock on porch was extra. Pool was accessible but not too much beach swimming due to seaweed. We had numerous long term power outages of whole building. This is common for the area. Note: a/c never will get to temperature.

Quiet Condo in Paradise

We loved staying at Blue Water Villas. I went with my girlfriend and left with a Fiancé. This mini resort is far from San Pedro if you don’t like extended golf cart rides. We are adventurers and enjoyed every moment of the commute. The maintenance team deserves a huge shoutout. They made a great first impression and even helped with the luggage and gave us pointers and more importantly a laugh or two. They kept the landscaping and amenities at a picturesque level. In our condo, the ocean view was everything we wanted and more. For us, it was the perfect counter balance to the sometimes overwhelming city/ town center that is San Pedro. We will be returning as soon as possible.

We enjoyed our time at condo. Views were awesome . Pros. Friendly people awesome views if we had a problem onsite maintenance man Nolee fixed right away Cons property manager not onsite . You are suppose to contact her by email or WhatsApp but internet doesn’t always work. No internet first 5 days Property is 30 minutes out of town. You must rent a golf cart. Very peaceful left doors unlocked most of the time. We will stay again!

The location was beautiful. For that we would give it 5 stars. The unit was far enough away from the busy city, but still close to restaurants. Mambo is a two minute golf cart ride away and the food is amazing! Our vacation was really great. The unit however, is not as pictured. It is showing its age and the amenities in the unit were in disrepair, worn and in need of cleaning. The washing machine didn't work, there were no light bulbs in the bathroom when we arrived, the towel rack is missing and there appears to be termites in the dresser. We were disappointed in the overall condition.

Perfect Getaway!

This place is fabulous for anyone planning a trip to Ambergris Caye. Amazing accommodations and beach front. Host makes sure everything is planned for your time on the island. Good location to Secret Beach and out of the busyness of the downtown area.

The views and proximity to the beach were amazing. But the staff after check in was non existent. If you want to stay at a place with zero hot water, a sink faucet that doesn't work, zero room cleaning service and to share towels the entire time go for it.

Big hit - big disappointment

We absolutely loved our beachfront condo! White sand beach, tall coconut palm trees, pool, long dock ending with a thatched roof reaching out into that stunningly clear Caribbean sea...what a view we had from our condo patio! We enjoyed many a beautiful sunrise, star-studded moon-lit night sky, and relaxing lazy gazings from that inviting, cleverly designed semi-private patio :-). The condo came with very nice furniture and enough necessities to cook a meal, but other fine restaurants were minutes-away walk on the beach. It was a pleasure to have thiswonderful oasis to come back to after a fun-filled day in town, on the water, or tripping to Caye Caulker. Vacasa on the other hand was a major disappointment. They let us down with their very unreliable service, start to finish. Very upsetting if it weren't for others who took care of our needs. Very poor customer service. Vacasa didn't know specifics of location of property. (We were held up at airport and arriving in the dark...C&S Cart rental sent one of their employees to guide us to the condo.) No kayaks on site as promised (arrived 6 days later, only 2 days to enjoy). Vacasa didn't show up for cleaning on days promised; unit was cleaned twice in 9 days. Tour set up by Vacasa, we sent message early morning about our looking forward to the trip the next day, but no communication from Vacasa until last minute when they said that it was cancelled. Thankfully we were able to set up our own tours.

We apologize for the issues you experienced. We do provide a few contact numbers for our guests to arrange their arrival and tours about 6 days before check in. Some tours do have a minimum number of participants, which can cause cancellations during low season. Despite these issues, we are glad you enjoyed your stay at the property, and hope that you visit us in Belize again!

Beautiful condo on a well kept private beach. Come here to relax and enjoy the beautiful island.

We had a wonderful week long stay at Blue Water Villas in San Pedro. Michaela and her team were excellent. She arranged our transportation to the Villa, with a stop at the grocery store, and met us there the first night to go over a few things. She was always quick to reply and available for anything. She would check in daily to see if we needed anything and was happy to arrange any excursions, transportation, or supplies we needed. She was a wonderful contact and made the holiday a relaxing and enjoyable experience. There were no kayaks available for us but they did provide brand new bikes for us to use all week. We had a blast riding to town (30 minute ride) and out to Secret Beach (35 minute ride). It was a great way to explore all that the island has to offer. The condo was clean and they sent housekeeping every other day. The A/C worked really well and there was lots of hot water. The kitchen was well stocked and was so nice to have. We caught a ton of fish right off the pier and enjoyed cooking them up in the new kitchen. We felt completely safe at all times both at the condo and in town. The locals were very friendly and a pleasure to get to talk with. Michaela arranged a snorkeling tour at our request with Lil Alfonse and he was easily the best guide we have ever had. He was in the water the whole time with us pointing out different fish. He was incredible knowledgeable and passionate. Would definitely recommend him to others! The weather was beautiful the entire week and we will definitely come back again!

Beautiful condo and beach.

We stayed for a week and we were very impressed with our accommodations. Michaela, our concierge, was wonderful every step of the way. She arranged transportation to the condo with a stop at the grocery store for us. She greeted us on arrival at the condo and helped us get settled. She checked in daily to see if we needed anything and helped arrange an excursion for us. I can’t say enough good things about how helpful and useful she was. The condo was clean, quiet, bright and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The kitchen was well stocked and a great asset to have. We caught a lot of fish off the private pier and the kitchen came in very handy to cook up our catches of the day. The pool was nice and clean and easy to access. The beach was well kept by the staff daily. House keeping came every other day. And although they were often arrived later in the day they did a great job of keeping the condo clean. We had brand new bikes to use for the week and made good use of them. Riding to town one day (30 minutes) and rode to Secret Beach another day (35 minutes). It was nice to have them to ride to the little store 5 minutes down the road and other restaurants near by. Although the add said there would be kayaks there weren’t any there yet. We would have enjoyed having those as well. Hopefully they will have them available to the guests soon. We had a wonderful time at Blue Water Villa and would definitely return in the future.

Beautiful central to Redwoods home

This review was submitted before the home was managed by Vacasa. The rental met and exceeded every expectation I had. It was clean, nicelybdecorated, and comfortable. My kids absolutely loved it, and I was impressed, too. Would definitely stay here again!
