Located in the Grand Lodge on Peak 7 in Breckenridge, Colorado, this Third floor condo in the Main Lodge where all the accommodations are close. Underground heated parking, and just steps away from the Independence Super Chair Lift on Peak 7. Enjoy the heated Indoor/Outdoor pool, Indoor and Outdoor Hot Tubs, Four Home Theaters, Day Spa, Family Fun Center, adult only grotto, state-of-the-art fitness center with on-call shuttle service to and from town. Condo includes flat screen TV s, washer and dryer, a Master bedroom and two studio suites. Master Condo can sleep 4, each studio can sleep 4, for a total sleeping accommodation of 12. On-site Sevens Restaurant if you do not feel like going out and leaving the comfort of the lodge.

We have been coming to Breckenridge to ski since 1995. Now that our children are grown, we don't have the need for such a large vacation property. We love Breckenridge. Always can find some good snow and if you want to take a day trip to Vail, Keystone, or Copper, it is so convenient to have Breckenridge as your base camp.

Why they chose this property

We have owned property in other locations in Breckenridge and find the convenience of a true ski-in/ski-out at the base of Peak 7 to be perfect. Peak 7 offers some of the best cruiser runs on any of the 5 mountains. All levels of skier can find something ski and the mountains are easy to navigate. You can ski all 5 mountains in a day if you have the energy.

What makes this property unique

Don't battle the lines at the mountain restaurants, although they are pretty good, but come back to your condo and enjoy a leisurely lunch, update your clothing for the afternoon runs, and head back out. Swap out your Go Pro battery, recharge the cellphone, and get on the lift for the last run of day.
