Un magnifique appartement avec tout le confort (avec notamment une salle de bain attenante à chaque chambre) et même des unités d'air conditionné mobiles en cas de fortes chaleurs. Quartier calme, on se gare devant la maison et le supermarché, le marché et les plages sont très proches.Nous avons été très bien accueillis avec des suggestions sur les choses à voir. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement.

Appartement spacieux, joliment décoré, tres bien équipé (2 wc, 2 douches, wi fi, lits confortables ...) ou rien ne manque pour passer un excellent séjour (les amateurs de livres seront aussi comblés avec un vaste choix de lecture). Quartier calme, proche du super U, des plages et ou l'on trouve toujours une place pour se garer devant la maison. Suzanne est tres accueillante, la communication, l'arrivée et le départ se sont déroulés dans les meilleures conditions. On reviendra avec plaisir !

Superbe logement tout confort

Mes enfants et moi avons passé une excellente semaine dans l'appartement de Suzanne. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la décoration, les lits très confortables ainsi que les deux douches. La proximité d'un grand super U à moins de cinq minutes à pied était un plus; le centre ville n'est pas loin à pied et la rue est très calme. Nous avons toujours pu nous garer plus ou moins en face de la maison. Je tiens à remercier Suzanne pour sa gentillese, son aide et sa flexibilité et je n'hésiterais pas une seconde à revenir dans son appartement si je reviens à Royan un jour.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Suzanne qui est très agréable, joliment décorée et avec tous les équipements dont vous pouvez avoir besoin. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Suzanne qui sait se faire discrète mais disponible. Les plages de la Grande Conche comme celle de Pontaillac sont accessibles à pied en 15 à 20 mn.

Nous avons passe 3 nuits chez Suzanne dans son univers tres confortable et bien équipé. Elle dispose d in magnifique jardin dint nous n avons pas eu la chance de bénéficier pour cause de travaux en cours. On reviendra apres travaux. Dans une rue au calme au stationnement facile, un appartement vaste à la décoration personnalisée et à la propreté irréprochable ... La propriétaire est adorable et vous accueille en confiance et en toute simplicité. A 10 mn du marché central et de la plage du pigeonnier, à 15 minutes du centre de Royan, à 20 minutes du port et de de la grande conche, (temps déplacement pédestre) bref un rapport qualité/prix qui mérite d'être souligné

Spacieuse et plaisante propriété , bien équipée , sauf qu'il n'y avait de climatisation , alors que , lorsque nous avons fait la réservation sur Abritel , cet appartement était loué avec la clim dans le descriptif . Déception de ce point de vue là , car sans climatisation , nous n'aurions pas loué cet appartement en raison de la canicule ! De qui vient l'erreur ? Est-ce de la part d'Abritel , ou de celle de la propriétaire , ou une erreur dans la description des équipements .
