ecological comfortable home, bright, with southern exposure, located in a quiet location close to the sea, built in durable and healthy materials (lime paint, natural pigments, zinc roofing, Douglas fir ..), is implanted in a fenced garden with a landscaped garden of 1250 m².
The house consists of 3 double bedrooms (2 beds which can be separated into 2 single beds), a bright living room with open kitchen overlooking a south facing terrace, a large bathroom with shower Italian and SAUNA infrared, a second small bathroom, laundry room and a relaxation space office.
The house is available on disabilities (motor, mental, visual ..) enclosed space, bathroom, kitchen and a room adapted, driveways stabilized .;
The front of the house consists of a terrace, a garden, a stable flat surface to play and grill / barbecue sets. rear parking and a shed housing 3 bikes provisions and space for drying clothes and wash wetsuits, swimwear etc.
Space "exchange between travelers" is created in the office area / relaxation. We started with the basic information for the future, to you!

Location conforme au descriptif: maison très lumineuse, très grandes pièces, confort comme à la maison avec le sauna en plus...8 jours très très agréables avec une seule envie, y revenir très vite. Félicitations à Mme Hélie pour la déco très raffinée ainsi que pour toute la vaisselle et les appareils ménagers mis à disposition. Nous avons eu le plaisir de profiter de la terrasse en plein soleil à cette époque de l'année ... J'ai rarement vu une location si propre et si bien équipée.. Je recommanderai sans hésitation.
