Lovely quiet townhouse close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. This home offers 3 bedrooms, and 2 1/2 baths. There is a patio with table, chairs and a propane grill. There is a well stocked kitchen and laundry facilities. The internet is 400 mbps so staying connected is easy. There is a smart TV and a gas fireplace for those chilly nights. The urban trail and Buffalo park are a walk away. Sedona is approximately an hour away. Grand Canyon south rim is 79 miles away. Plenty to do in the area, The Nordic village offers plenty of year round adventures, and the Flagstaff extreme park is great for an obstacle course challenge. Two rooms have queen beds, the third room has a set of twin beds.
