This beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is located in the cozy community of La Conchita. Magnificent views of the ocean can be seen from your living room, bedrooms and balconies.
The home features a Master Bedroom, with ocean views, queen bed, a cozy sitting area, 50” flat screen TV and nice size balcony, excellent for lounging and relaxing. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a 40" flat screen TV.
The Family Room features a 50" flat screen TV.
The has living room has two separate sitting areas; a sofa and 4 chairs to share your stories. Views of the ocean from every window.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. Everything you need to create a wonderful and memorable dish!
Outside, back patio with outdoor living and dining with lounging sofas and chairs, fire pit, and BBQ. Backyard extends past the small steps for a game of Corn Hole or Horse Shoe. Small balcony in front has ocean views and relaxing Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the cool breeze.
Garage includes a washer & dryer and an extra refrigerator. Beach bicycles (his and hers), boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas; everything you need for a day at the beach! Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and cool off located by garage for your convenience. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FEET FOR TAR!!!!! REMOVE TAR AND SAND BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!
A short 5-minute walk to the beach and with the Newly Built Tunnel you have direct access to the Rincon beach! Rincon Beach Park is popular with surfers, great for swimmers, picnics, romantic walks, or explore tide pools and do some birdwatching. Use the complimentary Beach Bikes to take a ride on the Rincon Bike trail!
A short drive away explore the Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve, where you’ll find hiking trails and scenic overlooks with views of harbor seals. To the north City of Carpinteria with plenty of restaurants, shops, famous breweries and “World’s Safest Beach”. Still looking for more, try City of Ventura to the South and Santa Barbara to the North with all the restaurants, bars, night life, wine tasting, shops, movie theaters, and much more.

If using BBQ or Fire Pit, make sure propane is turned off after use. Remove all soiled linens, pile on top of beds.

Exceeded expectations!

Loved how adorably decorated & clean the house was. SO glad it was just as pictured, actually, they don’t do the house justice. All of the amenities were great, especially what the backyard had to offer! The neighborhood was really cute, neighbors seemed to be a bit nosey but it’s a small area, so that’s understandable. A few small but easily fixable issues we came across- Three of the sliding doors were a bit difficult to unlock & slide open, probably just needed to be oiled. My group is pretty tech savvy but we were just unable to connect to any of the apps on the tv. We weren’t too fond of the idea of having to login to our personal accounts but when we did, we were still unable to connect to watch movies. So we settled for using our phones. Interior stairs are really cute but kind of sketchy, they were narrow & a bit slippery. Overall, my guests & I were very pleased with our stay. Hopefully the owners continue to rent out the house, it would be great to revisit in the near future & take advantage of actually being able to go to the beach! :)

Quick beach stay

Our family enjoyed this adorable beach house! House was very clean and so nicely decorated. Our little boys loved the quick walk to the beach. Very close to the event in Carpenteria that we were here for. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home!

The house has it all and is very close to the beach. The interior stairs are not very practical but you can use the other ones I would recommend this property

La Conchita

This was a wonderful house to stay in. The house was easily able to accommodate a group of 6 of us. Beach access is just a quick walk down the street and under a freeway tunnel for beach goers. The pictures don't do the inside of this house justice! Our first impression when we walked in was WOW! Very clean, great themes and beach decorations in every room, Spacey backyard with BBQ and firepit, and all the amenities to enjoy a great weekend with great weather. 10/10 from me.

Great quiet property short walk from beach

Very nice place, owner was super helpful and responsive. Note, if you have elderly like I did, the stairs are a little steep and tricky.
