This single story Maltby style house has a great mix of old and new. Completely remodeled kitchen and baths. With completely enclosed large yard with flat long driveway.

You and your family or friends will enjoy this very clean and quiet house not too far away from the ski slopes, the Village, lake and the hiking trails.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house with the game room/garage. The house is on flat lot and it s a single story, so no need to climb steep stairs. Long flat driveway can accommodate 4 cars inside the gate.

The house can have up to 8 people sleep, but it d be most comfortable for group of 4-6 people.

We are available to answer and respond when it s needed. Hope you enjoy your stay!

Other things to note

There are 1 Cal King bed in master bedroom, full size bunk bed in 2nd bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room. There is also a cot. We can host up to 4 couples and a single (total of 9). Our house is kid friendly and kids of all ages are welcome, but it is not baby proofed.

We use "smart pricing". Our nightly price depends on demands in the area. Weekends and winter time prices are higher in general.

We have 2 coffee makers at the cabin: conventional (regular) and Keurig. Bring your favorite coffee and enjoy!

Great little cabin for our family of 4

Communication with Mike, the owner was excellent. The process was simple. Cabin is so cute and very clean and comfortable. It’s in Big Bear City but only a short drive to Summit. Great stay. Already recommended cabin to friends.

Great Get Away Location

Wonderful little cabin on a nice fenced in lot. Easy access to main road about 10 minutes from Snow Summit. Communication was awesome! He answered any question I had. I appreciate his quick responses. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing Getaway with Pets!

Mike's cabin was great! Good communication and check in was a breeze. Kitchen was stocked with cookware and utensils. Best part was the large fenced in yard that allowed our dogs to run around and play.

This is the place to go to where you don't want to leave. Cabin is so spacy and cozy. I felt as if I was at home. Mike is a great, friendly host.

Clean and spacious

This property is great for dog lovers and people who like an extra bedroom and bathroom. Great amenities and a very short walk to the local market which came in handy many times over three days. Simple access and instructions. We'll be back.

We will definitely be looking to book this cabin again! Yard is perfect for kids and dogs and the cabin is cozy, comfortable, clean. We really enjoyed our stay and are so thankful to have been able to bring our dogs too!

Girls trip

We only got to stay 2 nights here for my daughter's 18th birthday. It was 5 of us ladies and we absolutely loved it. The house is super cute an clean. I honestly wished I had booked more nights. I definitely will be considering staying here again on our next little vacation up to big bear.

Cozy and Relaxing

Our family had a wonderful time in Big Bear! The house was nice and cozy with a big yard for our dogs to explore. Communication with Mike was excellent and he responded right away to any questions. Would recommend to anyone for a relaxing getaway!

Super clean! Great cabin!

We really enjoyed staying here! It was better than expected! It looked and smelled super clean when we arrived. Love the huge fenced in yard. Enjoyed sitting out there in the am with my coffee, and eating dinner at the picnic table in the pm. Very large soft bath towels were a big plus! The game room became my husbands “man cave” during our stay. I only wish it wasn’t so close to the busy main road. The street itself is quiet, but you can see and hear the main road through the properties behind the cabin. I would still for sure stay here again, though!

The house was adorable and very cozy. We love having the mud room and the enclosed fence.

Our overall experience was wonderful. Mike was very responsive and a wonderful host. The house had everything we needed and was only a 10 minute drive to the village. The enclosed fence was a bonus that our dogs loved. They could freely run around in the yard and the mud room let everyone clean up before heading into the house. The heater worked perfectly in the house (doesn’t work in the mud room or garage). We loved having everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciate the washer and dryer. We definitely will be coming back to this home!
