In the village of Gallargues-le-montueux, a typical and unspoiled village between Nîmes (15 min) and Montpellier (20 minutes).
Villa Emilie, Maison de Maître, dating from the end of the 19th century, will be the ideal place to spend a dream week with family or friends.

The exterior, wooded grounds of 1600 m², has everything you need to enjoy the beautiful summer days, secure swimming pool, sunbathing, boules court, play area (badminton net), and wooden hut that will delight your children.
The vegetable garden, in automatic watering, will be open to you, depending on the season you can harvest tomatoes, zucchini, basil, eggplant, beans, etc ... and the two hens will provide you with some fresh eggs!
At meal times you can test new recipes à la plancha!
The property is closed by an automatic gate, with the possibility of parking 3 cars inside.

On the interior side, 4 bedrooms, two with 160 beds, one with a 140 bed and the last with two 90 beds. All bedrooms are fitted with mosquito nets and fans.

Dining room that can accommodate 10 people.

Au top !

Nous avons passé une chouette semaine dans la superbe maison de Ludivine et Sébastien (tres réactifs, joignables et sympas !) avec deux couples d’amis et tous les enfants, qui ont passé un séjour de rêve aussi ! Grand jardin ombragé, table de ping-pong, balançoires, plancha, pergola pour les repas, coin guinguette trop mignon, super potager, des poules qui donnent des oeufs … et la grande piscine ! Le tout dans une grande et belle maison confortable et bien décorée située dans un joli village, dans une jolie région, avec des plages à 30 minutes. Bref quasi parfait ! Si il fallait trouver quelque chose a redire (il y a a toujours quelque chose…) ca serait juste les 2 rues assez passantes avec la présence d’un feu rouge en dessous d’une des chambre. Un poil bruyant la nuit, mais loin d’être insurmontable ! :) Nous recommandons à 3000% et reviendrons avec plaisir ! Bonne continuation a vous 2 et au plaisir de revenir chez vous ! Edouard & Co

Farniente dans une très belle maison de village

Une belle maison de village avec un grand jardin et une belle piscine. Nous avons apprécié pouvoir profiter du potager et du figuier...La maison reste relativement fraîche même par forte chaleur et l'extérieur offre de nombreux espaces ombragés. Nous avons eu un petit soucis de porte le 1er jour, mais qui a été très rapidement résolu... Prestataire et propriétaire réactifs.

Belle propriété conforme à la description

Ancienne bâtisse fraîche même avec 35 à l ombre. Il y a de l espace entre la maison et la piscine ce que la photo ne montre pas. Nous étions avc un bébé de 18 mois , le jardin et le piscine sont tres sécurisés . Les poules et le lapin ont fait sa joie et son émerveillement. Il manque simplement un micro onde... le reste est parfait .

Relaxing stay in a beautiful villa in the South of France

We had a really nice and relaxing stay in the house. It is big enough to welcome two families. Despite certain little things that would need to be repaired (broken door knob, floor tiles popping off the upstairs floor, broken fan, etc), the house is in rather good shape. There is no A/C but fans are present in each bedroom. WiFi only works in certain part of the house and not in the backyard at all. However the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the huge backyard with its beautiful swimming pool, its vegetable garden and the hens and rabbit running freely all around the place. Children had a blast and so did we!

Très belle maison beaucoup d’espace et village très sympathique

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, la maison est très belle, très bien équipée, il y a un grand jardin, un potager qui est à notre disposition, tomates excellentes! Les poules nous rendent visite et nous fournissent en œufs sans oublier le lapin. Les commerces sont à proximité et nous avons testé de très bon restaurant ainsi qu’un bar très sympa. Nous recommandons cette location pour des familles avec petits ou grands enfants.

Wonderful house with everything you need for a lovely holiday

A beautiful French house with everything and more in the town with the supermarket and bakery less than one minute walk away and many local restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the property and was even better than the description on the site. Worked brilliantly for 2 families with 4 children aged 6,4 and 3 and was so well set up for them with loads of toys, books and dressing up inside with a swing, pool and play house in the garden. The house was very secure and the children could play safely outside. The house had everything you could need and the chickens and rabbit were a nice addition whilst staying at the property. The owners had thought about everything to make the house work well for adults and children and were very helpful during our stay . It was lovely having a cleaner come to change the beds and have a general clean during our stay as well. We were able to pick tomatoes, courgettes, raspberries, and strawberries from the vegetable patch. The pool was perfect and fenced for safety which allowed all the adults to relax. More than enough space for everyone and lots of places to relax in the garden. We would come again

Family friendly beautiful house and garden

We (two families with a total of 5 children) had a really relaxing stay in Gallargues. The house is charming and tasteful decorated. The owners were very friendly and communication was easy. The pool is perfect: big enough and safe for children (there is a fence and an alarm system preventing children to go swimming without parental supervision). We very much enjoyed the garden which has a very nice eating and boule place under trees and a gorgeous vegetable garden. Our children made friends with the three chicken and their rabbit mate who move freely in the garden. There is a huge gas grill and a ping-pong table as well as loads of toys for children. There is just one thing which we had to get used to: two bedrooms of the house show to the main street of Gallargues. There is traffic light directly in front of the house. So all visitors sleeping in these parts of the house should not be too noise sensitive… It is about 20-30 minutes to the beaches and we made nice trips to Sommieres, Arles, Avignon and a cave (Grottes de Demoiselles) as well as the beautiful river Herault.

Une superbe maison pour des vacances au calme en famille ou entre amis...

Parfaitement entretenue, parfaitement équipée ( rien ne manque), une superbe piscine, un immense jardin pelousé avec poules et lapins en liberté, vacances parfaites ! Charmant petit village avec tout le nécessaire à proximité ( supermarché à 100m et boulangerie à 50m ), un seul conseil n'hésitez pas !
