BEACHY KEEN at Seaside Beach: Ocean view! Ocean view! Ocean view! From both levels! Do you see what I see?!?! It`s the beach from so many different rooms in this house! Wait...and the house is just one house off the Promenade and just eight blocks from the Seaside`s main drag. Honey, pack your bags, grab the kids and the dog and let`s go!!!

This super comfortable getaway has two bedrooms for adults, 1 with a King and private bathroom, 1 with a Queen and another for the kids with a Full bed. Plus there`s a queen murphy bed and a rollaway (if needed). Three bathrooms. Four televisions. Full Kitchen. The mother of all washer and dryers. Gas fireplace so you are always living at the temperature you prefer. Garage connected to the house so you don`t have to get wet, not that it ever rains in Seaside!

We clean the place with a toothbrush, and it will be spotless when you arrive. Okay, the toothbrush part I made up but the super clean part is absolutely true. Your dog will love it, and if you don`t love dogs you`ll never know one has been there.

If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Great property, good location

Great property. Only thing I would warn is if you have a couple of larger vehicles it’s kind of hard to fit in the assigned spots. The place is clean and in good shape. Short walk to the beach. Short drive/medium walk to the main strip. Would ABSOLUTELY stay here again!

Close to the beach. Property is in good shape however property management is not communicating effectively. We were locked out a day prior to our departure the door code expired and couldn’t get a hold of anyone.

Beach Weekend

We had a wonderful stay - the property location is really great! We walked to the Aquarium and the shops. And It was a short walk to the beach! The property has everything - beds were comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay!

Birthday at the beach

Celebrated my 40th with my family for 2 days. Everything was smooth. Hosue was great. Plwnty of room for everyone and extremely close to the beach. Great stay

This is a centrally located property within easy walking to downtown and all the restaurants and shops. Short 5 minute walk to epic clamming on the Seaside beach!

We booked for granddaughters cheer competition. We had a very nice time at this home! The Murphy bed was an added surprise, worked out so well. This home is walking distance on boardwalk to Main Street, shopping, eating bakery ect . Thank u

Clean, cute

The home was perfect for a girls weekend, 3 full bathrooms and 4 beds (3 bedrooms). It was clean, one house back from the beach and enough seating space and kitchen space for 4 woman to relax. The check out list was minimal and very easy. My only issue was the over communication with the rental company. I had multiple automated texts leading up to and during my stay, a few voicemails including a request to call them if I would be checkin in after 5 and a long checklist to fill out upon arrival. Personally I go on vacation to be of obligation and I found myself feeling annoyed. That said, if you need anything they are extremely available and helpful.

Seaside Basketball Tournament weekend

We found this lovely house for the weekend tournament. It was a close drive or nice walk to Broadway Street where the kids and teams all love to hang out. The house was clean and had a great view of the ocean! You could see it from every window practically! The main boardwalk was literally right there! I’ve stayed in a lot of vacation homes and I was very impressed with the cleanliness and it was fully stocked and we had help just a text away when needed. The best part about this place was we had games that ran late Sunday and usually we have to check out by 11am which means we have to wander around town and hang out in our car for hours on end and they gave us a late check out of 5pm for only $50 more! SOLD! This gave it a 10/10 for me !!! 100% would recommend this home for families of young children and teens and groups of friends. Very comfortable and perfectly located. There are three cars allowed to park. The only downer was the car that goes in the garage has to squeeze in with furniture so it makes it impossible with the majority of cars. And there is a large driveway that easily fits more cars but for some unknown reason you can’t use one whole side. So even with the three cars allowed it really limits you unless you have three small cars. However- still loved the home and would recommend it!!!!

Awesome location

The home location was awesome- literally steps away from the beach.Sleeping arrangements were perfect with 3 bedrooms and pull down Murphy bed- all very comfortable.This is a dog friendly property, however there is no grass on the property.Also- the BBQ is prohibited from use. I wish we knew that earlier as we wanted to grill on the deck. Other than that- great property and close to town.

Very enjoyable

Overall a nice place. Not located directly on the promenade like the picture shows, but one house away. Access beach from end street. Short walk to downtown shops. Clean and spacious inside.

Great week! Walked everywhere. Easy to social distance from the crowded beach down the way. House is super cute. Well stocked and very warm and comfortable! Management called to make sure all was good before we arrived and checked in while we were there, to make sure all was well. Good communication, helpful and informative. Definitely recommend this house!
