Oceanside Vacation Rentals is Excited to once again be managing ABC Cottage. This property has a unique ranch-style floor plan with 2 Master Bedrooms with a King Bed. Each Master Bedroom with private bathroom (with a large walk-in shower) located on each end of the house. This property opens up into the Living Room, Kitchen, and Dining Room Area perfectly set in the heart of this home. You will really enjoy all the extras this beautiful 4-bedroom 3-bathroom home has to offer during your stay.

Both Master Suites are spacious & furnished with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom features 2 twin beds, 4th bedroom with a queen size bed and desk area w/ seating.
The rest of the home has an open concept for Living room, kitchen and a formal dining room. New hardwood floors have just been installed in the home. The living room will lead you out to the back deck/patio area with additional seating for up to 6 to 8 guests. The back patio is partially covered and has a propane Fire-Pit & propane BBQ.
Hot tub is set into the deck, perfect to relax after a long day at the beach. Beautiful backyard has a picnic table and is so private you can enjoy your time together in this quiet neighborhood and fully fenced in yard.

Close to the Beach & Necanicum river - great for crabbing, clam digging, walking the Prom, or just BBQ on the back deck area. With this property being centrally located in a residential part of Seaside with just 1 1/2 blocks off the Beach & Promenade You will want to come back to this home time and time again.

This home will also accept 1 small non-shedding pet may be considered - Pre-Approval to have pet is required at the property. A puppy of any breed/size will not be considered/accepted. The exterior of this property is monitored by Blink Home Security System.

* When putting in your reservation request - please make sure to include the breed, approx. weight, & age of the pet you would like to bring to the property.
There is a $35 pet fee per pet per stay that will be included in your reservation if it is not already. This property also has a $50 Hot Tub fee included in the reservation.

Family reunion on the beach

We enjoyed the house so much. It had the perfect layout with two master suite on opposite ends of the house so that my elderly parents could go to bed early well the younger adults could stay up late and talk in the living room without disrupting their sleep. The hot tub in the fire pit in the backyard Were all we needed for entertainment on one of the rainy days and the walk to the promenade and the beach meant that once we got there, we didn’t have to use the car at all during the five day stay. The house had all the basic supplies needed to get us started with a big kitchen to cook For all nine of us. Would definitely stay there again.

Great Venue

Eight of us came for the Elks Summer Convention. The VRBO was much nicer to stay in than in a Hotel. There was plenty of room for 8 adults plus some visitors. Great fireplace on the back deck. Plenty of kitchen supplies and a short walk to the beach. Games were played, good drinks and food were shared and we had a great time!

Beautiful home in great location!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed. It’s conveniently located just a few minutes from Seaside downtown. I would highly recommend this house to our friends.

We loved staying at ABC Cottage. The home was clean, the kitchen well outfitted, and plenty of room for our extended family of seven. We loved the deck for breakfasting or just relaxing, and the lovely yard is an extra bonus. Thank you Katy and VRBO!

Great Ocean Gathering Place

We stayed here for a conference in Seaside. What a great home! Loved the en suite bathrooms with two king size beds. Two other bedrooms and one other bathroom made this a perfect place for our group to relax at the end of the day. Loved the fireplace on the deck. We didn't use the hot tub, but it was nice to know it was there. It's really close to the north end of the promenade. Try this place! You will love it!

Family Beach Vacation

This was our second stay at the ABC cottage. The house is clean and in a great location. The kitchen is fully stocked and very organized. Our only complaint is with the propane tanks. On both stays, one tank has been empty. It would be great if an extra tank could be available at the home and if it weren’t the responsibility of the guests to refill the tanks. Other than that, we love this home!

Perfect vacation home!

We stayed here in August with our adult cildren and gradchildren -- a party of six. We were looking for lodging that was spacious but reasonably priced, accessible to shopping and restaurants, near the beach, a little off the beaten path. This house was all of these! Easy walking distance to the beach...watching the sunset with a fire in the sand was our favorite thing. Also a nice walk to Seaside, the qintessential little vacation town. The home itself is beautiful...the photos do not do it justice....and it has a charming backyard porch where we enjoyed morning coffee. Perfectly maintained and spotless. The two master suites are a bonus, as well. I would recommend this rental 100%

Exceeded expectations!

This house was just great for our family getaway (8 adults, 1 toddler, 1 dog). It exceeded our expectations and is far better than a typical beach rental house. The inside is nice, the two king master suites are a huge plus, and the hot tub is a fun bonus! Located on a quiet street but still close to beach access and a nice little walk or ride down the prom to downtown Seaside, or a very short walk to the 12th Ave bridge and a cute little playground over there which was a fun surprise! It would be nice if the office room had a queen (or even a full) bed rather than a futon, but it works. Be aware that the yard is not fully enclosed with fencing, but our dog sure enjoyed just hanging out on the nice (partially covered) back deck! Katy at the rental company was nice to work with, no complaints there. I wouldn't doubt if we end up back here again! Great time, great house. Thank you!

Double family heaven

We stayed in the house for most of the time with another family of the same size. The two separated masters are nice for sharing and the other two bedrooms handled our two kids and the other two kids with ease. Everyone had separated quiet spaces and could share the common area as well. The kitchen is great. Some of the cookware and all of the knives need replaced. The living room layout is wierd with only one small couch but all of us fit and relaxed well and enjoyed the fireplace. The deck is great and the hotub was a nice addition. Watch for raccoons at night. The garage is great for the kids to run around in. We also were able to load up the car out of the rain. The beach is only a short walk away and the prom is just a block down. The house is on a dead end street as well. I noticed a crab pot in the garage and the bridge is just around the corner so grab your bait and license. The house seemed too cold or too hot. The nest thermostat is cool but had been set to run hot in the middle of the night. Maybe some instructions on how to fix that? There is no heat vent in the west side master bath so it is absolutely freezing in there. The walls and trim in the house are beat up pretty bad and it looks like some shoes or whatever have been kicked all over the place, even high up on the walls. As a property owner myself, this type of damage is evidence of parties and needs to be repaired quickly. When we arrived, the hot tub cover was open and the water cloudy. The management dealt with it very quickly, thank you for that! The cable tv seemed to have most of the channels and even the movie channels which is great. Overall I would stay here again with another family. It is perfect for that.

This property was perfect for our family! The kitchen was well appointed- altho the oven did seem to have issues in preheating and the propane tank for the bbq was empty! And communication w VRBO using their app seemed problematic. But we got thru it and had a fun time!
