Quaint, well kept, Cape Cod cottage located in popular Dennisport neighborhood. Perfectly situated only 3/10's of a mile to Sea Street Beach along Nantucket Sound. Upon entering the home you will find a comfortable living area that flows into the well equipped kitchen. From there you will find a light and bright dining area, the ideal spot to have your morning coffee or play late night games with the family.

The renovated master suite boasts a King size bed, brand new bathroom with stand up shower and additional sleeping with a twin bed. Off the hallway you will find another bedroom with a Queen and twin, a 2nd bathroom and stackable washer/dryer. Amenities will include window air conditioning in each bedroom as well as the sunporch.

The outdoor space features a patio table and chairs, perfect for those Cape Cod BBQ's, wood fire pit with Adirondack seating and an enclosed outside shower.

Conveniently positioned in the heart of Dennisport, this home is walking distance to many local favorites as well. You are just a short distance away from Woolfie's Bakery, Wee Packet, Ice Cream spots and more!
