The town of Novigrad has structured all around the peninsula of flat rocks with predispositions every 100/200 meters to facilitate the entry into the water.
These beaches are free, available to the town.
At about 600 meters from the apartment there is an establishment with a beach of pebbles and straw umbrellas (as you see in the picture) or wooden structures (see photo), and there are pools with sea water and the possibility of hiring deck chairs and umbrellas (see photo).
The apartment has its own private beach.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, sehr zentral.

Sehr schöne, moderne Wohnung, mitten in Novigrad. Die Lage ist Top. Man ist direkt in der Stadt und auch nach ein paar Metern am Meer. Es ist alles in der Wohnung vorhanden, was man braucht. Im Erdgeschoss eine große Wohnküche, oben zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten und ein Bad mit Dusche. Etwas schwierig ist die Parksituation. Wir haben unser Auto an der Sporthalle abgestellt, da es dort am günstigsten ist, da musste man ca. 15 min hin laufen. Parken direkt an der Ferienwohnung ist nicht möglich, Ein- und Ausladen geht. Alle Geschäfte sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man kann sich auch ins Freie vor die Wohnung setzen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im wunderschönen Novigrad und auch noch Glück, da das dreitägige Stadtfest in unsere Urlaubszeit fiel.

Schöne Wohnung Vermieter solala

Die Wohnung ist klasse und schön gelegen. Die Besitzerin lebt in Italien und steuert die Vermietung von dort. Beim Check out hatte ich leere Flaschen zurückgelassen, da keine Entsorgungsmöglichkeit vor Ort. Reinigungspauschale ist 65 € da wäre es nicht zu viel verlangt die leeren PET Flaschen mitzunehmen. Vermieterin hat von ihrem Reinigungspersonal Bilder geschickt bekommen und ein riesen Drama draus gemacht und in Summe 115 € zusätzliche Reinigunsgebühr veranschlagt.

It was a pleasure Anton to have you and your kids in our house, but it would have been even better if at the time of booking you would have informed me that you needed an extra cleaning at the check out. When people book our flat we try to give the best service because we want our guests to enjoy their holidays and take some of Novigrad's energy back home. To do that we send everyone, you included, detailed file with all the check in info, the way to Novigrad, what to bring etc, and even the bins city map (the nearest is like 100mts from the house). What you left was not only a bag, but bags full of bottles outside the house, inside the house and all the dishes, pot, glasses to be washed. Beside not respecting our house's rule, for me this is a lack of respect for people that come after you for cleaning. Extra cleaning charges are mentioned in the file you received, as well in the house.

Altbauwohnung mit Schnitzeljagd in super Lage

Der Check-In erinnerte mich etwas an eine Schnitzeljagd. Ohne Kenntnisse der englischen,italienischen oder kroatischen Sprache keine Chance. Navigationsmöglichkeit am Handy ist vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem abgesperrten Bereich der innenstadt. Vorteilhaft ist, sich einen Dauerparkschein für den Parkbereich2 gleich beim Hafen zu besorgen, am Automaten geht nur bis 24 Uhr. Den gibt es in einem angrenzenden Büro, im PDF beschrieben. Von der Sauberkeit der Wohnung waren wir nicht gerade überzeugt. Die Grundreinigung war wohl schon etwas her. Ansonsten ruhig und alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Schön war dass ich mir das Haus-Fahrrad kostenlos ausleihen konnte. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung genug Platz. Den in dem Inserat beschriebenen.Privatstrand gab es dann doch nicht, die Mülltonnen war Teil der Schnitzeljagd 2, da die Ortsbeschreibung dafür falsch war. Schade auch, dass die Vermieterin nicht vor Ort war. Abgesehen von diesem Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt interessanter gemacht haben, ist der Ort wirklich wunderschön und nicht so überlaufen. Wir konnten sogar Delfine beobachten auf einer privaten Bootsfahrt.

Auszeit im Herzen einer kroatischen Altstadt

Wir haben einen schönen Familien Urlaub in mitten einer schönen Altstadt verbracht, mit kurzen Wegen zum Wasser, zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Nach den Getümmel in den Gassen der war es dann schön sich in die Wohnung zurück zu ziehen, hier haben wir alles gefunden was wir brauchen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist direkt in der Altstadt Novigrad. Die Lage ist super. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Am besten man geht gleich beim Nachbarn Konoba "Kod Kristiana" essen. Dort ist es sehr lecker. Für die Anfahrt zum Apartment - Man kommt dort nur mit einer Einlass Karte fürs Auto rein. Diese erhält man bei einem anderen Apartment. D.h. man muss das Auto zuerst auf dem Parkplatz parken und die Karte holen. Guter Rat: Wenn die Karte nicht funktioniert- einfach auf den Info Knopf bei der Schranke läuten - es meldet sich dann jemand- dem erklären dass die Karte nicht geht. Sie verlangen dann nach der Kartennummer.

Schönes Haus in traumhafter Lage in der Altstadt

Die Lage des Hauses ist wirklich traumhaft. Mitten in der Altstadt von Novigrad erreicht man alles schnell zu Fuß, wie z. B. den Strand, den Hafen und unzählige Restaurants. Wir und unsere beiden Kinder haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Ein großen Dank auch an Federica für die super nette Betreuung. Parken kann man leider nicht direkt am Haus, aber zum ein- und auschecken darf man für eine gewisse Zeit in die Altstadt fahren. Die Parkplätze sind in 5 Minuten schnell zu erreichen. Absolute Empfehlung für Familien.

Schöne FeWo mittendrin…

Wir haben uns alle sehr wohlgefühlt. Schöne Wohnung und eine tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt, trotzdem absolut ruhig. Draußen, vor der Wohnung, gibt es einen Tisch mit Stühlen; WLAN ist auch verfügbar (beides ging aus der Beschreibung bzw. aus den anderen Bewertungen nicht deutlich hervor). Zum Meer sind es wirklich nur 2 Minuten und abends in Novigrad hat man unzählige Einkehrmöglichkeiten. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett und absolut unkompliziert.

Schönes Haus mit noch viel schöneren Sonnenuntergänge.

Wir waren im großen und ganzen sehr zufrieden mit dem Objekt. Das Haus war sauber und entspricht den Bildern. Was uns gefehlt hat, war eine Kaffeemaschine, aber das war halb so schlimm. Die engen Gassen in Novigrad und das Flair der Stadt ist echt toll. Das Meer ist nur 1 min vom Haus entfernt. Auch die Kommunikation mit Frederica lief reibungslos ab. Uns wurde sogar Angeboten ein Tag länger bleiben zu können( kostenlos), weil das Haus nicht gebucht war und die Reinigung des Hauses erst 1 Tag später erfolgte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub. Wir - Familie, 5 Personen, 3 Töchter, aus Berlin - hatten 8 wunderbare Tage im Appartement von Federica Buratto im traumhaften Novigrad! Es hat alles perfekt geklappt, das Appartement ist sehr geschmackvoll und gepflegt. Es ist 1 Minute vom Strand und gleichzeitig mitten in der kleinen mittelalterlichen Stadt. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Casa Vacanza 1469361 - Novigrad, Cittanova

Appartamento bicamere spazioso disposto su due piani, nel cuore della zona pedonale a pochi metri dal mare. L'ingresso dalla stradina (Bolnicka ulica) è in comune con altri 2 appartamenti e la posizione non risente di rumori provenienti dal vicinissimo e rinomato ristorante di pesce. Immobile di recente ristrutturazione dispone di arredamento moderno e curato, climatizzato e con serramenti antirumore. Abbiamo trovato il locale pulito e in ordine, con asciugamani lenzuola e stoviglie disponibili. Oltre a cucina e un piccolo bagno al piano terra, ci sono 2 camere matrimoniali e un bel bagno con doccia al primo piano. E' disponibile anche una piccola lavanderia esterna all'appartamento. Ci sono molte spiaggie nelle vicinanze e se non si ha voglia di camminare, o non si ha la bicicletta (ci sono negozi di noleggio) puoi sempre prendere il trenino che ha la stazione a 300 mt. da "casa". Minimarket ben fornito distante 300mt o centro commerciale a meno di un km. Sono stati i miei soldi spesi meglio per le vacanze.

Sehr saubere und großzügige Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Novigrad. Sehr zentral und doch ruhig. Wir waren zu dritt und können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen! Sehr netter Kontakt zur Vermieterin.

Home sweet home

In pieno centro storico e ad un passo dal mare,quest'anno abbiamo alloggiato nella casetta blu mentre nei 2 anni precedenti siamo stati nell'appartamento a piano terra, e sono entrambi accoglienti e dotati di tutti i confort anche per chi come noi ha un bimbo piccolo. Da consigliare "gelosamente", noi ormai ci sentiamo come a casa !!! Speriamo di poterci tornare anche il prossimo anno

Freundlich und Sauber

Viel zu spät kamen wir an unserem Ferienort an, wurden jedoch von allen Einheimischen super lieb aufgenommen und willkommen geheißen. Unsere Nachbarn klärten direkt unsere Fragen und standen uns zur Seite. Obwohl Federica selbst nicht vor Ort war, kümmerte sie sich gut um uns und schickte ihre Freunde und Familienangehörige, um unseren Urlaub unvergesslich zu machen. Wir empfehlen die saubere und luftige Wohnung gerne weiter. Was noch zu erwähnen wäre, ist, dass es WLAN nur an den öffentlichen Plätzen gibt. Nicht aber in der Wohnung, was für uns jedoch kein Problem darstellte. Zudem ist direkt am Haus kein Parkplatz vorhanden. Allerdings sind etwas außerhalb größere Parkplatzanlagen vorhanden. Das Auto wird normalerweise auch nicht benötigt, da alles in diesem kleinen Ort gut zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. Es gibt neben der Post ein Büro für Parktickets, wo Tickets für dem gesamten Aufenthalt erworben werden können. An dem nahen Steinstrand konnten wir schöne Sonnenauf- und -untergänge beobachten. Allerdings ist eine Isomatte empfohlen, da die Liegen doch recht teuer sind. Wir wünschen jedem einen unvergesslichen Urlaub in Novigrad. Danke für alles, Frederica und Freunde/Familie....

Carinissimo, anche per bimbi!

La casa e' carinissima, conforme alla descrizione e arredata con passione! Si trova in una posizione perfetta, a due passi (reali) sia dal mare che dal centro. Si lascia la macchina in un parcheggio vicino (ma per carico/scarico dei bagagli si puo' entrare nel centro storico per 1 ora). E' consigliata anche per chi, come noi, ha bambini piccoli: le "piscine" ricavate sugli scogli sono una soluzione perfetta anche quando il mare e' un po' arrabbiato! Speriamo di tornare presto!

Perfect Vacation Accomodation

The flat was in an excellent location in the middle of the pedestrian area. The sea was very nearby as were many restaurants. We were able to walk and ride bicycles to many spots in the area. My son and I rode down to Porec and back. The apartment in Novigrad is ideal for visiting the whole Istrian coast down to Pula. We were able to take a ship from the Novigrad harbor down the coast to Rovinij and back. So it wasn't always a matter of driving and hunting for a parking place in one of the towns we wanted to visit. It couldn't have been more ideal for us. I was especially pleased with the good communication with the apartment owner. We felt like we were getting everything as described and treated as welcome guests. The apartment itself was ideal. It was just like in the pictures posted on the website. As a family of four the upstairs bedrooms met our needs for space. The bathroom was modern and easy to keep clean, which during a trip of several weeks and multiple visits to the beach is important. Another nice (and for us unexpected) touch was the air conditioners in the rooms. They were surprisingly quiet and cooled the rooms off quickly, which was very helpful on a couple of warm nights. I would highly recommend this town and this apartment in particular for vacationers whether a family of four or two couples. Great value for the price and truly a relaxing place to come home to after an active day of sightseeing.

E’ colpa sua, cara Federica. E’ colpa sua se non riesco, da tre anni, a fare un viaggio in Croazia come Dio comanda. In balia di moglie e figli che non ne vogliono sapere di staccarsi da Novigrad: “…ma dove vuoi andare? Qui ci sta tutto!”. E rieccoci anche quest’anno. Ma non mi do per vinto, lo sappia. Accogliente appartamento nel centro di Novigrad

Abbiamo soggiornato l'ultima settimana di agosto 2014 a Novigrad. L'appartamento, su due piani con zona giorno con bagno di servizio al piano terra e due camere da letto matrimoniali e bagno con doccia spaziosa al primo primo, è nel centro in una zona molto silenziosa. La casa ci è piaciuta molto perché ristrutturata e arredata (di recente) con gusto, confortevole e molto ben attrezzata. La Proprietaria ci ha puntualmente assistito con informazioni, prima dell'arrivo, per raggiungere la destinazione e indicazioni su ristoranti, spiagge e luoghi da visitare. Bellissime, a mezz'ora di auto, Rovigno e Parenzo, Grisignana (aperitivo al tramonto) Montona (tartufo)

Stay in a very nice house & town!

Stay in a very nice house & town! We have spent (with our 2 little boys) 12 days (from 26/07/14 to 06/08/2104) in Novigrad. It was our first time and we were agreeably surprised. We stayed in a very nice flat in center of the old town and 3 min on foot of the sea. The perfect location! The house is very beautiful, clean and has all the necessary comfort to spend a good time in family or in couple. The homeowner is very kind, friendly, available... and the town is little, calm, with a nice beach. Ideal for family holidays or some quiet days ! Mladenka & Bosko (from France & Serbia)
