Large fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave and four ceramic hobs. 6th floor with elevator (before last floor) and private parking in the residence. Access to Nice and old Nice by the Cros de Cagnes train station 2 mins walk, numerous buses 2 mins from the apartment and Nice Côte d'Azur airport 15 mins by car and 30 mins by bus. Many amenities and leisure for a summer, cultural stay and close to the Mercantour natural park.

Perfect location; 2 blocks from the train, close to restaurants, market, laundromat, bakery, or anything else you could want. Sunny interior with sea views from the balcony and front bedroom. With a general refresh of the interior, furniture, and kitchen amenities, this place would be worth paying top price to rent.
We must agree with past guests that this vacation rental is an excellent choice for people looking for a spacious apartment, a great sea view, private assigned car parking and proximity to restaurants, bakeries, banks, etc. You are literally a block away from anything you would need and just steps from the beach. We hated to leave this “home away from home.”
Perfect location for shops/restaurants/seafront and longer forays into the interior. Quiet block (we were here out of season) with dedicated parking space. Apartment well-equipped and comfortable.
This is our second time in the apartment. Location is spectacular. Restaurants Boulanger around the corner. Sunset walks on the Boulevard. Can’t be beat.

This apartment suited the two of us perfectly for a week. The location was excellent and view across the Med wonderful.

This was a great condo for our family in Nice. It is right across from the beach and the view from the balcony is spectacular. It had everything we needed for an excellent stay in Nice. I would highly recommend it. Walking distance to everything you need. Great cycling and running right from the door. The whole family really enjoyed our stay here.
This is thr third time we have used the flat for about a 2 week stay over Christmas period, so clearly very hapyy with it & the location. Already thinking about doing thev same in 2024
Cagnes sur Mer is an ideal base for visiting other parts of the French Riviera. Good bus/train links
Spacious and well stocked apartment very close to the sea and nearby supermarket. 15 minutes from Nice airport. Could have had clearer directions to the property eg name of the apartment block but would go there again. Beach is very shingly so take swim shoes. Probably not so great for little ones but we loved it.
We stayed here over Christmas 2021 and may well try to stay again for the same period in 2023; so clearly we are very happy with our choice. It is a super location with excellent local facilities; the flat is spacious , pretty well equipped and comfortable.
However, we feel that it would be helpful if a few things were dealt with soon, such as (1) window in bathroom does not shut properly and neither of the front windows lock properly (2) the washbasin plug does not work (3) the shower drain needs regular cleaning of hair so that the water drains away properly (4) the lock on the toilet door is broken (5) more than 2 mugs in the kitchen would be good.
The lack of pictures on the walls still makes it feel less cosy than it should and, finally, will the emplty Grand Mariner bottle still be there next year?

Thank you for your advice, which we have taken into account. Let me summarize:
1- The bathroom window closes well, (you have to hold the right part closed well to then close the left part).
2- The sink socket works
3- The shower drain has been treated (drain unblocker)
4- The lock of the toilet is repaired
5- There are now 4 mugs
In addition, we have changed :
- the cushions of the seats in the kitchen and the dining room
- the tablecloths of the kitchen and the dining room
We also removed the old sofa and installed a new Danish style armchair.
We repaired the walls of the bathroom and changed the faucet and the drain of the sink.
Finally, we installed a modern lamp in the bedroom (north).

This was our fourth stay in the flat over the Christmas period. 5 stars for its generous light space and location close to the restaurants & shops and its view. However, it would be even better if it was equipped for what it now is – a holiday rental – rather than with the remains of a personal occupancy.Some other points:-1.The easy chair is partially broken; the standard lamp beside it does not work nor does the light in the entrance; some bulbs in the ceiling light in the kitchen need to be replaced; the backs of the 2 blue folding chairs still need repair/replacement.2.It is unrealistic to expect each occupier to leave the flat totally clean for the next occupier – our little dog found pieces of a broken water glass in the kitchen. Full set of cleaningmaterials need to be provided and the who;e flat given a thorough clean every few months.3.Old empty or partially empty bottles, jars & packets of food should be discarded, not left to be ignoresd by the next occuppiers.
Alles war super. Die Lage ist perfekt. Man kann nicht nur schwimmen gehen, sondern auch Sport treiben. Es gibt einen extra Fahrradweg. Wir haben die Zeit genossen, und würden gerne wieder kommen.
Alles prima. Super Gastgeber. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Interieur etwas in die Jahre gekommen,aber die Wohnung ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Lage perfekt. Vielen Dank. Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen.
