This was a very nice and comfortable cottage. It was in a very good location. The check in/out process was very smooth The only drawback was the outside space was small.

Reviewer Comments: Mostly we were satisfied with the house we stayed in,but want to let future renters know that there are steps in the living area that take time to get used to, stove and microwave are really old and it is pretty far from the beach.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well, the shower doors fell off and fell apart totally as I was stepping into the shower. These doors are from 1962 ( Im guessing) Maintenance came next day and put up a rod and curtain. Also the shower had 2 large silver fish in it which made me scared to be in the bathroom at all. Thankfully my husband was there to assist in both situations. There were cobwebs in most corners of the was nice. Grill was new.The house could use a few upgrades it had a very old feeling to it

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice stay. Only a few concerns. Besides the fact we knew there were no washer or dryer going in, the laundry store was near by. The bathroom is extremely tiny. We found the coffee pot had not been washed and cleaned so we did not use it and went to the store and bought a new one for use. Also, the dishes had leftover food and dried food liquid on them so we did not use them. Lastly, the toaster was broken. So we could not use that. Overall, it was a decent stay. The home just needs to be thoroughly cleaned and all appliances need to be inspected to insure they work. Would stay again with Martha Murray. Thank you for your assistance.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house to the right of us had partiers who kept us awake until one in the morning! Loud loud talking. Yelling to the music. It was really bad. I am also a long time renter and very very disappointed of the rise of the rent. Almost tripled for one week! Same house-not a thing different-but the cost tripled. :( The recliner is very dirty. The loveseat too. Really dirty looking-upholstery needs cleaning. The kitchen floor was left oily and wet. Most likely the suds used did not dry and were not fragrant free- Not enough toilet paper and only a few coffee cups for the Keurig machine. :( It is a beautiful home though-thank you for sharing.
