Classic Cape Cod Cottage with ocean views & beach!

Stroll to your private association beach from this adorable 2 bedroom, classic Cape Cod cottage with breath taking water views across Barnstable Harbor of Sandy Neck. Light & bright inside, this property features two bedrooms, each with two twin beds, a white kitchen with eat-up counter, combo living/dining area with sliders to the deck overlooking the rose lined yard. Outdoor shower. Very desirable, North of 6A location, down a private, sandy lane close to the Village.

Tis rental runs Saturday-Saturday.
Living space approximately 476 square feet.
There is a strict 2 car limit for this property. The Village has an 11 pm quiet restriction.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your reservation is made a lease will be emailed to you from Foran Realty. You must sign your lease within 48 hours of receipt. If you do not receive the email please contact Foran Realty immediately. Please note our cancellation policy spelled out in the lease. You will be asked to initial the policy as part of the signing of the lease. Foran Realty will not process any credit card payments until the lease is returned to our office. Your reservation is not confirmed until your lease is returned and the deposit is collected. Your reservation is on HOLD and not bookable by another party for the 48 hours from the time of the initial booking. We look forward to seeing you soon.

Cottage in paradise!

This cottage in paradise was a real treat for lots of fishing and time with friends. The location is incredible with some of the best sunsets I have seen. Strong WiFi too!

cozy cabin in a gorgeous natural Cape setting

My family of four enjoyed a week here at this tiny cottage. My wife and I went for walks all around the Audubon nature preserves and we all loved walking way out onto the sandbars at low tide. The teenagers approved of the killer WiFi. The night breezes kept us cool while we slept, but sometimes we used the AC. The kitchen is akin to a small boat, so you'll have to take care when cooking. The house is small, but it's got everything you need. You won't find a finer example of Cape Cod beauty than this location. Meeting and chatting with the lovely Margee (the owner) was an extra treat.
