Cape Cod cottage-Just 150 feet to Sea Street Beach

This cozy cape cod cottage with a 5x8 front screened porch is located just 150 feet to Sea Street beach. Full Bath with tub and outdoor enclosed shower. Property has a shared swimming pool for tenant use only. Other amenities window a/c in each bedroom ,cable TV, Wi-Fi, microwave, dishwasher and stove/oven. Both a Keurig and Drip coffee maker! Cute yard with gas grill, picnic table with umbrella and Adirondack chairs. Because of the owner's allergic reaction to smoke there is NO SMOKING ON THE PROPERTY I.E.(NO SMOKING INSIDE THE COTTAGE, PORCH, OR IN THE YARD) . There is a $200 fully refundable smoking deposit with this home. If caught smoking, a $200 cleaning charge will be assessed to your account and you may be removed from the cottage with no refund.

Special Note: Opening and closing of swimming pool is weather dependent. Please contact for details.

The cottage was just steps from Sea Street beach, very clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. There were two window a/c units which kept the house very cool. The yard and grill were very good for outdoor cooking and relaxing after a long day on the beach.

We would go up to the beach every day and at night we would sit down on the beach it was incredible!! The only negative that my husband would say about this place was there was no air-conditioning... which I was fine with but he really likes him air conditioning. We would absolutely recommend!

The best part is that it's only a few steps to the beach, so there's no need to get in the car. We would never stay anywhere else!
