The apartment benefits from a large wooden terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. Bike rental optional (50 € / week for 4 bikes).
A very pleasant coastal path fully equipped for pedestrians and cyclists will allow you to reach the beach of Tanchet at 600 m, the thalassotherapy, the sailing school (Institut Sport Ocean) or the zoo.

Your rental consists of a main room with kitchen area and sleeping 2 people. A cabin room for 2 people completes the apartment.

Just as an extension of the residence, the Anguilla Beach restaurant offers seasonal packages including a deckchair with access to the heated swimming pool, tennis court and sandy beach with beach volleyball and children's games (€ 15 / day / person or € 100 / week / apartment for 2 to 4 people).

The local shops (Proxi, bakery, press, pharmacy ...) are 700 m from the apartment as well as a small market in summer.

Please note, bring sheets, shower towels and tea towels (not supplied).

L'endroit parfait pour se relaxer. Vue sur mer. Pistes cyclable tout prÚs. Restaurants, boulangerie, petit supermarché, pharmacie etc pas trop loin. Beaucoup de nature. Le lieu plus touristique est à 10 min. à vélo. Nous avons fait de beaux souvenirs !

Appartement trÚs agréable avec une terrasse idéale pour se détendre et profiter de la vue sur océan. TrÚs bien situé : à proximité immédiate piste cyclable et promenade piétons sur la cÎte, belle petite balade jusqu'à la plage du Tanchet.

TrÚs agréable mais...

Pour deux personnes, l'appartement est agréable. Surtout le balcon terrasse qui permet de manger dehors à l'abri du soleil. Effectivement depuis le balcon, la mer est toute proche. Sauf que c'est une falaise avec des rochers. Donc pour se baigner il faut faire 600 mÚtres à pied. Et ça c'est pas cool.

Wundervoll und wir wĂŒrden wiederkommen

Wir wurden von einer Bekannten der EigentĂŒmer sehr herzlich empfangen, auch wenn es sprachliche Barrieren gab, war eine VerstĂ€ndigung gut mögl. Die Unterkunft war sehr gemĂŒtlich und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Wir konnten jeden Tag auf der Terasse frĂŒhstĂŒcken und haben jeden Tag den tollen blick aufs Meer genossen. Der Weg zum Strand war sehr kurz und wunderschön. Man konnte sehr viel unternehemen. Wir wĂŒrden auch sehr gerne mit den EigentĂŒmern in kontakt bleiben.

cosy appartement avec grande terrasse et belle vue sur mer / gemĂŒtlich,schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick

l'appartement est bien renovĂ© et on peut trouver tous dont on a besoin pendant le sĂ©jour lĂ . l'appartement se situe directement Ă  la mer pour qu'on puisse profiter de la belle vue. La plage de Tanchet et toute proche environ 10 min Ă  pied. Enplus il ya un parking privĂ© directement devant l'appartement ce qui Ă©tai trĂšs pratique. On a Ă©galement louĂ© les vĂ©los pour aller aux Sables d'Olonne facilement. Le seul problĂšme qu'on avait Ă©tai qu'une rue d'un vĂ©lo Ă©tait malheureusement cassĂ©. Les locateurs d'appart sont trĂšs gentils et ils se sont bien occupĂ© de nous mĂȘme s'ils n'habitent pas directement proche de l'appart. Donc un grand merci Ă  vous! Das Appartment wurde kĂŒrzlich schön renoviert und ist gut eingerichtet, sodass man alles notwendige findet. Die Terasse mit dem tollen Meerblick ist sehr schön. Der nĂ€chste Strand ist in etwa 10 Min. zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben zusĂ€tzlich Fahrrader reserviert, nur leider hatte das eine einen platten reifen. Ansonsten ist das Fahrrad sehr nĂŒtzlich um Les Sables d'Olonne und den "grand plage" zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es einen privaten Parkplatz was in Les Sables ein sehr großer Vorteil ist. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und haben stets sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und waren stets sehr bemĂŒht zu helfen, auch wenn Sie nicht direkt in der NĂ€he wohnen.

"Face Ă  la mer"

Location trÚs agréable ,propre,bien équipée,trÚs jolie décoration.Tres bien pour un couple avec deux enfants. Appartement situé dans une résidence calme avec parking. Que dire du petit-déjeuner, sur la terrasse face à la mer? Départ pour de trÚs belles ballades le long de la cÎte sauvage , plage à pieds aussi... Location a consommer sans modération!

Super terrasse face à l'océan

Petit studio trÚs agréable et bien équipé pour 2 personnes (voire 4 si 2 enfants)dont les atouts principaux sont la situation face à la mer et la grande terrasse ensoleillée.La propriétaire rencontrée en fin de séjour et avec laquelle nous avons vite sympathisé prévoit quelques améliorations (installation d' un lave-linge et remplacement de la baignoire par une douche plus pratique) qui nous incitent à retenir cette adresse pour nos prochains séjours en Vendée.

Agréable séjour au bord de la mer

Nous avons dĂ©couvert les Sables dĂ©but juillet. L’appartement est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Nous avons aimĂ© dĂ©jeuner chaque jour face mer, grĂące Ă  la grande terrasse. L’endroit est calme et reposant dans une rĂ©sidence bien entretenue. La station propose un Ă©ventail d’activitĂ©s relativement large. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir. Richard G. Appartement trÚs bien situé, au calme

Nous avons découvert une trÚs belle région.nous avons fait pas mal d activités et nous avons eu du beau temps pour apprécier l ensemble.Nous mettons un seul bémol concernant l appartement qui est la douchette dans salle de bains car ce n est vraiment pas pratique...sinon nous sommes ravis de notre séjour et pensons revenir dans la région.

Belle terrasse avec vue mer

Appartement pas trÚs grand mais bien conçu. La terrasse est un vrai plus. Nous avons aimé le calme de la cÎte sauvage tout en étant à quelques minutes de voiture du centre des Sables.
