About this property

Downtown Studio, your place to stay while in Sun Valley

Cozy, beautifully decorated queen bed studio. We are located 2 1/2 blocks from downtown Ketchum. The studio has a small under the counter refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We are 1/2 a block from the bus stop to take you to the mountain or up to Sun Valley. You will love the fact that you don t have to drive anywhere. You can walk or take the free shuttle. The studio is located on the bottom floor of our three story townhouse. It is at the end of the street in a small quiet 10 unit complex.

Great little place in the heart of it all. Really enjoyed staying downtown and being able to walk to everything I needed. Even the Sun Valley Lodge is an easy walk. Check in was simple, and the studio was very clean and classy with great amenities. Terry and Maria have a gem of a place and I look forward to visiting again.

Combined they have lived in the valley for over 50 years so they know Sun Valley and all the in's and out's. We can help you find that special restaurant, hike or the perfect ski run....

The location is what makes our place so special. You really don't need a car as we are just blocks from downtown Ketchum, restaurants, coffee shops, bus stops, grocery stores and shops.

What makes this property unique

Sun Valley is a truly unique and special place. The "Queen Dame" of ski resorts and the home of the first chair lift. Our community offers the small town atmosphere but with all the big city amenities. Once you experience it you won't want to leave .
