All Decked Out is a "gem" of a home located in the amazing town of Gearhart on the Northern Coast of Oregon. Located near Seaside and Astoria.

Create lasting lifetime memories of enjoyable moments walking through the sand dunes, feeling the cool coastal breeze and sand on your feet at Little Beach. Soak and relax in the hot tub and gather around the fire pit for some warmth and smores. Kids and adults love playing ping-pong and foosball. Ride bikes, go crabbing in the estuary or clamming on the shores, take a stroll through the town and on the white sandy beaches.

House Information:
Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen where you can enjoy cooking meals for your loved ones, making morning coffee that you can enjoy on the outdoor deck, fully stocked for 8 people.

Second Bedroom has a queen bed

Bonus room has 2 twin beds, a sitting area, and foosball table. A great room that the little ones enjoy.

All Decked Out is just that! Decked out for your family to enjoy a great vacation on the coast. Bicycles, foosball table, ping-pong, clam guns and shovels, crab nets, beach toys are furnished for all those fun coastal activities that families enjoy.
The hot tub is an added bonus and provides much-needed relaxation after long days of exploring the coast.

Our group of 8 (plus one pup) had an amazing stay at this property! The house was very clean, comfy, and stocked with everything we needed. The layout was perfect for our crew, and the outdoor space was a big win. We made good use of the ping pong and foosball tables, corn hole boards and hot tub. We loved that the beach was just a short, easy walk away. Highly recommend this home!!

Fantastic house

This house is in a great location to explore the Seaside/Cannon Beach area. The house was spotlessly clean and exactly as advertised. It is very well equipped with anything need. It was very comfortable for our family and grandchildren.

Great beach house

Had a wonderful stay at this property, was pleasantly surprised to see firewood was provided to compliment the outdoor fire pit. House fit our family comfortably and the space was great for watching the game on TV. Short walk to the beach, and the loop through town is always fun. I will definitely book this property again for our next beach trip!

Nice Vacation Experience

Happy that this place was as advertised. Communication leading up was prompt and helpful, house was clean and provided something for everybody (including the dog), and really enjoyed the location/neighborhood. Will be at or near the top of our list for next year's trip!

Great location! Dog heaven!

This a great home for fams with or without dogs. There are two paths to the water making loop hikes possible. The sizable fenced yard with hot tub and fire pit is wonderful. Short drive to promenade and golf.

Great house, great location!

This house is in a great spot - path out the gate takes you to the beach and the dead-end street is very quiet. We had no idea what a hidden gem Gearhart, OR is! The house was stocked with fun things - bikes, hot tub, fire pit and wood and marshmallow forks, cornhole game, ping pong table - nice big yard - great for families! Very clean and the hosts were super helpful and nice. Would stay there again for sure!

Gearhart Bliss

Wonderful beach home in an exclusive corner of S Gearhart - Gin Ridge. Every amenity we could think of, quiet / private, close to beaches, very dog friendly, enough beach house activities to keep the kids and adults engaged in building memories. The home is high quality and what we were hoping for / expecting of an upscale Gearhart beach house. We will definitely return.

Annual family get-a-way

The property is just what we needed. the bedrooms were comfortable, the property has a great layout for being outdoors, playing games, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, path to the beach, bikes. we Fished each day, went home loaded with King Salmon, cooked some fresh on the BB. Great Parking. very comfortable for our gang. Very responsive owners/managers

Loved the house and will be back!

We found the house with no trouble and loved it. Very roomy and comfortable. 2 bedrooms on the main floor was very convenient. House sits on large lot within easy walk to the beach and has so many things to do it would be a great house for a family. We were 4 senior women and really enjoyed the hot tub. Owners were very welcoming even though we forgot to do the requested walk through on arrival. Very nice people and very accomodating. Thanks!

Vast Estuary & Ocean Front

This is a very fun home - bikes, crab traps, ping pong, hot tub. The huge undeveloped area along the dunes and estuary is beautiful and right outside the door, complete with delicious clams and crabs, but the center of Seaside is just a five minute drive. It was clean inside and out. One thing to note is that the house does not have a view of the water.

Relaxing and beautiful location

The house was impeccably cleaned, the hot tub was divine, and the beach is gorgeous! We spent the weekend here with friends to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he was so impressed by the house/location he told me he wants to come back soon! The kitchen had everything we needed, beds are comfy, it was a great place to relax and escape the world. Really appreciated having the large property fenced in so we could let our dog hang outside with us. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Thanks so much for everything! Looking forward to more time visiting this beautiful house!

Birthday weekend for my Neice's 14th birthday

We appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the home. Be warned- bring your own coffee as there are 2 coffee makers but no coffee provided like other vacation rentals. We struggled with the lock on the hot tub the first night (push together then pull apart to open after inputting the code) so we lost a night of hot tubbing which was disappointing as its one of the major advertisements for the house. Upstairs bathrrom shower hot and cold are mislabled and the shower curtain fell in my daughters head. We loved the proximity to town, lots of trails and beach to explore with our pup. The bikes were a big hit and loved the secure fenced in yard. We made memories of a lifetime and enjoyed our stay.

All in one retreat

We love staying here. In fact it's our 3rd time returning. We love: The neighborhood is so quiet and close to the (quiet)beach, The fenced yard so our kids can play at will but still be safe, The amenities the host provides(from fans for every bedroom, pack n play, high chair, beach toys, clamming and crabbing equipment, Cornhole, bikes, firewood) The cleanliness of the house is always welcoming The hot tub! The host was quick and easy to contact when we locked ourselves out of the house. With all the amenities provided and doing a grocery pickup nearby, all we end up packing is clothes. All in all, we enjoy staying here and hope to keep returning and making family memories. Thanks Arnold and Malia!

Birthday celebration at the beach

This is a wonderful property! It was so clean and just a short walk to the beach and town. It had almost every item we needed. We had great weather and used the grill a few times. Just lacked a nice, long grill spatula. Everything else was perfect! Lots of dishes, glassware, pots, pans, utensils and all kitchen gadgets. The beds were very comfortable and all rooms nicely furnished. There were plenty of things to keep us entertained: games, puzzles, fooseball, ping pong, corn-hole toss and beach bikes. Arnie and Malia were great to work with. We will be back!

Exactly what we needed!

We had 6 adults and our dogs on our 5 night stay at All Decked Out. We had everything we needed and more: ping pong, fire pit, hot tub, bikes ... and we used it all! Having a fully fenced yard was essential for us this trip - the dogs were happy to be outside and we were assured that they were safe. What really stood out for me was the immediate responses from Arnold and Malia. We did a phone walk through when we arrived, and I had a couple of follow up questions. The response to my texts were fast and 100% helpful. The neighborhood is quiet and the house is an easy walking distance to the estuary and to the beach. We even walked to the restaurant for lunch on our last full day. It's also a short drive to Warrenton, Astoria, Seaside, and Cannon Beach (all of which we visited). We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!!

Malia was raised in Honaunau, Hawaii in a little town south of Kona. We love raising our daughter Pualani on the lovely Oregon Coast. Our business area includes Gearhart, Seaside, Cannon Beach & Arch Cape. We enjoy walking around the beaches year-round, swimming in the creeks during the summer warmer months, or surfing. Some of our favorite hiking spots are Oswald West and Ecola State Park from Crest beach to Indian beach. Everywhere we go we see someone we are connected to. From going to the post office, grocery shopping, having a meal, or just shopping. Which is why we started our business Kukui House Services here. Kukui means “light” in Hawaiian. Kukui “Light” House Services. We help owners with their rental or private home, and our guests so they experience a wonderful stay.
