The house was very clean and nicely appointed. It’s a beautiful setting in a quiet golf course community. The home has a nice open floor plan with lots of large windows overlooking the ocean which was great for sunsets. It is also located within easy reach of Seaside and Canon beaches. Finally, interaction with the host was virtually instantaneous and always helpful. Highly recommended.

Great house

Our family of five had a great vacation. We enjoyed the house and it had enough room for our 3 teenagers. Used the kitchen for breakfasts and 2 dinners. Loved the fire pit and did s'mores one night. Would stay again.

Gearhart fun

The High Ridge house was spectacular. The layout was good for kids, room to move around. Kitchen nice. The views from every room were amazing. Even saw whales from house. Close to Seaside, golf and a short walk to beach through the dunes.

Fantastic Location

Great location and only a quick walk to a very quiet beach area. Plenty of food within driving distance as well as enough items in the house to stay low key and have a quiet dinner inside or on the back deck.

There is no BBQ grill available although their picture shows it. The balcony fireplace was not available due to broken parts. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay.

Amazing house in a great location

This home is located right near the beach. The HUGE windows provide a panoramic view of the coastline. From the dining table, living room, master bedroom and bath, kitchen, and multiple deck areas, you can enjoy the sunset. It is a short 10-minute walk or just a few-minute drive to the beach.

Amazing house with great amenities! But the location is the best part - walking on the beach in 5 minutes or hiking trails in 20 min. We would stay here over and over!

Birthday Getaway

Beautiful home and space for our family. This was our 5th time staying here and we can’t get enough of the views!! Our kiddos loved the game room with old school Nintendo and foosball! So much fun!!

Beach House at The Highlands

This was the fifth year we have stayed at The Highlands and this house had, hands down, the most amazing views! We thoroughly enjoyed sitting in the living room and deck areas and taking in the beauty of the Pacific. We loved the location, and it was great to be able to play pickleball at the courts within the development.

Beautiful view!!

Best view of the beach (even on a rainy weekend)! The mgmt company is amazing and is very responsive. House is beautiful and the game room/garage was perfect entertainment for the adults and kiddos. This was our 2nd time staying here and definitely plan to come back!!

The main goal of our stay was relaxation and this house helped achieve that goal. It was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with everything our family needed. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the game room most of the time while we were able to relax in the many wonderful spaces. Just opening the window or sliding glass door and you could hear the ocean which was a short walk away. We would definitely come back.

Beautiful setting

This lovely home in a gated community has a nice view of the ocean in the distance. There's a walking path nearby to Gearhart's beach--and we were pleasantly surprised to learn that we can drive on the beach so we took a few bundles of firewood and enjoyed some nice sunset bonfires down there. The operators were attentive and responsive to a few issues/questions we had. We enjoyed our stay!
