Belle maison de vacances très bien située

Propriétaire très agréable, de très bons conseils pour visiter et découvrir les environs, la maison est idéalement situé, la vue est superbe. Nous avons rencontré un problème avec un des lits, le propriétaire a réglé le problème très rapidement, nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Familienferienhaus mit toller Aussicht

Wir (2 Erw. und drei Jungs: 9J., 14 J., 17 J.) habe hier eine sehr schöne Woche verbracht. Das hat Haus hat alles was man braucht. Eine schöne Terrasse mit super Aussicht auf das Meer und Morgensonne und eine Abendterrasse. Wir haben auch den gemauerten Grill oft und gerne genutzt. Nach ein paar kleinen Misverständnissen beim Reservieren und Bezahlen hat vor Ort dann aber alles gut geklappt. Zm Meer sind es etwa 400m/5-10min zu gehen. Wir sind sehr ungern wieder abgefahren und hoffen, dass wir nochmal kommen können.

Maison très agréable, calme moderne et surtout SUPER EQUIPEE !! Nombreuses épices, petits electros, couverts à crustacés, ... il ne manque de rien . C'est très agréable d'avoir 3 voisins chevaux :-)

Maison récente au calme, proche plage

Très agréable maison récente bien équipée, située en bout de chemin privé, sécurité pour les enfants; la grande plage de Pen Guen, sable fin et grands espaces, est à 5 ' à pied. L'aménagement de la maison est très fonctionnel, partie enfant à l'étage, salle de bains, toilette indépendante, salon télé; au RdC, la chambre parentale, salle d'eau, toilette indépendante, coin cuisine, séjour et living. Le garage sert de dépendance, les 2 terrasses extérieures sont exposées Est et Ouest, une douche "retour de plage" en extérieure est très appréciable. Séjour très agréable que nous renouvellerons.

Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances dans cette nouvelle maison. Bien aménagée, très agréable à vivre et particulièrement bien située, au calme dans la campagne et proche de la mer.

Sehr schönes, neues Ferienhaus

Der Garten: ist wunderschön angelegt mit frischen Kräutern und 2 Terrassen, die vordere mit Blick aufs Meer, Sonnensegel und Tisch und Stühle zum Essen. Hinten gibt es Lounchmöbelund eine super Gartendusche. Das Haus: im Untergeschoss befindet sich die voll ausgestattete Küche, Zugang zur Garage in der sich die Waschmaschine etc. befindet, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer mit Ferseh und Palletofen, ein WC und ein Schlafzimmer (Bett 140) mit Bad (Dusche und Waschbecken, Fön) Im Obergeschoss: gibt es 1 Schlafzimmer (Bett 140), 1 Schlafzimmer (2x Bett 100) und ein Zimmer mit Ausziehsofa und Fernseh. Das Bad mit Badewanne ist geräumig. WC extra. Meer: von der Vorderen Terasse hat man Blick aufs Meer, um an den Stran zu kommen braucht man 5-10 Minuten den Berg runter. Sand ist sehr fein und sauber. Eigentlich war alles da was man braucht. Das Haus ist ziemlich hellhörig, und WLAN wäre schön gewesen. Da das Haus über einen kleinen Privatweg zu erreichen ist und relativ weit von der Straße weg ist, ist es auch mit kleinen Kindern kein Problem.

Face à la mer, le large, ferry en entrée de rade de St Malo, beau spectacle permanent, la maison est neuve, bien équipée, confortable, avec des espaces extérieurs bien aménagés
