Located in a highly appreciated Palm Beach area, my 1 bedroom apartment of 50 sqm is freshly renovated. Situated on the last 5th floor of a quite building with elevator. Open, light filled living room full with a pleasant terrace with view. A fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine, fridge, oven, all utensils Necessary. It has Wi-Fi, large-screen TV, Bose amplifier, 2 wide convertible sofas to beds. The amazing shower cabin will contribuer to relax partner after the 5min walk from the beach.
