Enjoy your next Oregon Coast escape looking out over the Siletz Bay to the Pacific Ocean. At this bayfront home just south of Lincoln City, you have direct access to the bay from the backyard. Watch the wildlife from the back deck while you BBQ, or dig for some fresh clams yourself from the bay. Comfortable furnishings, an open kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a lovely dining area make up the interior of this charming home!

Numerous restaurant options are just a short drive from this home, along with groceries and other necessities. The new Pelican Brewery (a great place to eat and enjoy some of their fine brews) is just a short walk down the beach from the back deck of the house. Outlet shopping, a casino, and more are a bit farther north into the heart of Lincoln City. Head a few miles south to get a round of golf in or a spa day at Salishan Resort. Or take a short walk east of the home for a hike in the Cutler City Wetlands Open Space.

This vacation rental is listed at a special price due to the impending remodel. The rate will be adjusted once the remodel occurs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Home was perfect

Perfect getaway

With the bay right out the back door, it's a lovely beach getaway. When we come back to the Lincoln City area, we will definately consider this propery again.

Great Getaway

The accommodation was just as advertised, facility was comfortable and visually pleasing, with glass across the lower level allowing wide view of the bay. Best of all, location, location, location. A short easy walk takes you straight from the deck to the sand. Great place for anyone who wants a walk on the beach, not too far for the elders or the little ones.
