Nice house, bad experience with other things.
We had several basic issues with the house. We loved the area of Lincoln City, and the house was not bad from the outside. Inside was a different matter. The toilet seat was super loose and not tightened at all. Somebody could have gotten seriously hurt! Cleaning chemicals we're way too strong, and the house wasn't aired out properly. So when I got there I nearly had several Asthma attacks. The cleaning chemicals we're also affecting my family members that didn't have as severe breathing problems. Refrigerator was making very strange noises even with ice machine turned off. I had to turn up the volume on the TV to drown out the refrigerator noises. Ceiling fan was a bit scary, it didn't seem like it was working right and even on high there was barely any air coming down. There was hair found in the bathtub that hadn't been removed when we got there. In the bunk bed room that I stayed in, the closet smelled like urine. There was no anti-slip bath mat in the shower area. Living room floor lamp was missing a knob switch so I couldn't even turn it on. So I had to grab a lamp out of one of the other bedrooms and bring it out to the living room! The water worked fine, and the refrigerator worked well despite the noises. The deck was lovely, large and spacious. Perhaps safety should be a top priority? Everything at the house felt super cheap, a picture kept falling off the wall. The eating utensils and spatulas look like they were from the Dollar tree. 😞😳

Worked great formus
Perfect for us and our two little pups. The fenced yard and gated deck made it easy and convenient to tend to our pups. The kitchen was updated, the washer and dryer were large capacity, and the TV and internet worked great. The neighborhood was quiet and only a few blocks from a sandy beach. We would stay there again.

FLEAS!!! And Poor Customer Service
My husband and daughter were bit so much by the fleas we ended up leaving the property early and paying for a last minute stay at a nearby motel. We contacted the renting company (Vacasa) 2 weeks ago after we left and they still haven't gotten back on their decision. We don't have pets, so it took us a few days to figure out what the bites were and where they were coming from, but upon further investigation we found them in the sheets on the couch, and on the blankets. We spent hours putting our things in the dryer on hot heat and putting things in trash bags (which there were not enough of in the house either) and washing out our suitcases because we didn't want to bring any of them or their eggs with us. Not to mention that we arrived a night late because my dad passed literally the day before. When we contacted them ahead of our check in, Vacasa just responded with their copy & paste policy. and they didn't get back to us on our inquiry there either and recommended that we just pay for the night and come the next day.
