Exactly as advertised! Family and pet friendly. Our boys were excited to explore all of the little areas in the house, and the provided dog blankets provided peace of mind for when our pups inevitably jumped on the couch when we weren't looking. Around the corner from the beach, shopping, and food! Our host was also very responsive when I noticed an error on our reservation. Great stay!

Great location, adorable, comfortable, thoughtful. Loved the fenced yard for our dogs. Easy walk to beach (but A LOT of stairs!), easy walk to bookstore, bakery, and pizza place.

We were there for 3 ½ months and I cleaned house every day. From day one, there was a consistent problem with little black ants. The host had them sprayed but they never really went away. There were throw rugs in every room. I folded them up as we are seniors and they posed a trip hazard. I noticed the under the throw rugs, the stains on the bedroom carpet and the upstairs carpet on the day I arrived. The Host sent us a bill for extra deep cleaning a week after our departure. Our contract said all fees included. We disputed it and VRBO was very helpful in the resolution but it was an unnecessary event we shouldn't have had to experience. There was a vacant lot with a house being built across the street and our view was a port-a-potty.

We love the blue seaside motif, all of the amenities were lovely, and every need was met. we loved how the drawers and cabinets were labeled so we knew exactly where things were. We have a dog and I was happy to find that there was a food and water bowl for him, as well as doggy bags for when I took him for walks. We hope to be able to rent this place again when either friends or family visit and wish to go to the coast!

Wonderfully stocked house with big fenced in yard. Access to ocean is close by but there are a lot of steep stairs. Recommend walking a little further to get easier access.

This property had so many little extras to make it feel like a home. If you forgot your sunscreen, bug spray, allergy meds or extra tin foil, bags, or spices, this place had it all! And it wasn’t just pet friendly, but pet ready with a dog bed, raised bowls, potty bags! Truly that thought of so many little details for an amazing stay.

Absolutely amazing home! Every single amenity has been already thought about and is in the home. I spent three days with my two dogs and it was perfect. Walked to the beach each day and made meals at home. Popcorn and TV every night. I’ll be back soon.

It was a nice place to stay. Felt like the neighbor behind This rental is a bully and trys to say that the person renting the place has dogs that bark all night, bit the real issue is he has an aggresive dog and doesnt want to teach his dog manner, but instead threatens to turn Tammi in when ever he is in anyway put out. But Tammi place is nice she has all the neccessary things to make the stay comfortable. And the place is super close to the beach.

We have rented several beach houses in the Lincoln City area, and enjoy a long, needed, and relaxing weekend. This is one of the very best!! Beautifully decorated, ultra cozy with tons of cozy amenities and feels, and SO usefully stocked. You. An truly leave everything at home. Also love that everything is meticoulsy labeled so you don't have to go searching for anything. Truly great house with obvious pride of ownership. Our 9yr old Doodle loves beach trips and goes with us on every trip. He loved the extra secure backyard and thoughtful pup amenities. We wiould love to go back if they'll have us
