At the heart of La Chaume, this district of Les Sables has kept all its authenticity. The shops are close: on the sidewalk left to 5 minutes, the dock along the channel back by the skippers of the legendary race VENDÉE-GLOBE. To the right the sea at the end of the street (we see it), the seawater pool at 500m, our house will attract you by its typical exterior. Then you enter: our stay is open on a beautiful kitchen where nothing is missing: at your disposal, a dishwasher, a real oven, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, as well as coffee maker, kettle, toaster not to mention the little extra: a Nespresso coffee machine, a Rapido sofa bed (very practical to open) for 2 beds (140x190), a bedroom with queen size bed (160x200), a bathroom with walk-in shower and double basin. The toilets are separated.
A garage only for 2 wheels and where you can find a sink (useful for washing fish or mussels), a washing machine and a dryer, as well as 2 bikes (man and woman), a cot and a high chair , a stroller cane, for the babies tenants.
But what you will love: a partially covered patio where you can have your meals even in winter when the sun shows (frequent in thatch). Do you know that the duration of sunshine here is almost identical to that of the Côte d'Azur? You can enjoy fish and seasonal vegetables grilled on the plancha: a little olive oil, thyme or savory, laurel, provided by the house (if any ...)
