Why they chose this property

Having lived in Los Angeles for over 25 years, Palm Springs has been my "go-to" getaway from the the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles. When offered for sale in mid 2017, I saw the home's potential with its estate-sized lot, ability to create a large great room with the utmost of privacy offered to its guests. The renovation process was long, but worth it!

Guests will have access to all the amenities of the house including outside space, gas BBQ (connected to house gas line so no need to fill up propane tanks!), fire pit, pool and spa (heating at an additional expense), gas fireplace, four flat screen TVs, WiFi internet, fully equipped kitchen and garage parking!
