You will instantly feel at home when you walk into this spacious condo, boasting 1350 square feet of comfort and convenience for you to enjoy. Thoughtfully appointed décor and amenities are found throughout this charming unit on the 5th floor. The master suite houses a cozy king bed, flat screen TV and plenty of storage space for your belongings and beach gear. Exclusive access to the master bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo is another perk of the master bedroom. Down the hall, you will find a bright guest bedroom equipped with two twin beds and a flat screen TV. Another guest bedroom can also be found down the hall just past the laundry closet, with a plush queen bed and flat screen tv. Both guest bedrooms have generous space for your belongings in the dressers and closets. The second full sized bathroom is located at the end of the hall before the living area and features another tub/shower combo and large mirror.
Coming out of the hall, you will see the dining area and a 6-chair dining table set waiting for you to share a yummy meal with your traveling companions! The fully stocked kitchen is loaded with everything the group chef might desire for cooking up a scrumptious dinner, including stainless steel appliances. Love Coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig, both are provided. A counter height bar divides the kitchen and living area as well as provides space for 4 bar stools, allowing for a total of 10 to dine together. In the living room, a full-size sleeper sofa adds extra sleeping space and a cozy place to lounge as you watch the flat screen TV or surf on the Wi-Fi! When the day finally winds down to a close, step out onto the private balcony and enjoy cool drinks or a warm cup of coffee as you reflect on the memories you have created. An outdoor dining set with 4 chairs provides a place for snacks while you overlook the shimmering waters of the Gulf. For convenience, a stacked washer and dryer are also provided.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.
* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $55 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.
