Please be our guests to relax and enjoy the sun and surf 50 yards away from the front door. You can watch and hear the waves from the front porch.

"Summer Breeze" is the perfect spot for a fun and relaxing get away. Come for a couple of nights, or spend a week or two and enjoy this comfortable, clean, well equipped, modern with old style beach charm-1960 sq ft beach house located on the beach road in Kitty Hawk at mile post 3.5. Convenient to lots of restaurants, shopping and activities. Newly installed private in ground pool and for a truly pet friendly vacation home completely fenced in backyard.

A great place to build lasting memories with your family and friends!! Two living spaces and kitchen areas are convenient as extra space for two families or couples to have their own little time apart.

This is our second time staying here and we love this house so much. Our pups had so much fun in the backyard. This house has everything that you need. And if it’s multi families, some can stay on the first floor and you have a kitchenette and some can stay upstairs - You’ve got a full kitchen. Super easy to communicate - any questions we had were answered quickly.

We had a great vacation and loved staying at Donny and Marlena’s house. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs and they loved being outside with us. The pool was a great size and we spent most of our time in it. The hot tub was also an added bonus and was great to be in at night time. You could hear the waves crashing from the front porch while sipping coffee. The walk to the beach was effortless and a simple walk up the street. Would definitely stay here again, great location to restaurants as well.

Summer Family Vacay

Check in was very smooth, Donny even messaged us and said our rental was ready 2 hours before checkin time, which was awesome! The house was great! We made so many memories by the pool & hottub, on the porch, playing volleyball in the backyard. We could even see the ocean from the front porch! Everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely stay here again!

Lovely home. Great location, great back yard. My only recommendation would be to mention in the listing that linens aren’t provided. We were surprised when we arrived and there weren’t any bed sheets.

The Outer Banks in N.C. is our "happy place" Crossing over the Wright Brothers memorial Bridge is the greatest feeling in the world, leaving the stresses of day to day life on the main land. Kitty Hawk is the first town you cross into, after traveling to vacation who wants to spend additional hours in traffic traveling to Duck or Hatteras?
