Family Vacation

Nice layout for multiple families traveling together. Only a short walk to the beach. The pool and hot tub were a favorite for the kids. Great fenced in yard for the dogs.

The property had everything to have a relaxing stay and a store nearby to grab what we needed. Loved having the beach so close and a hot tub too. The hosts made us feel very at home and were quick to help answer any questions that came up.

Excellent place to stay

We visited Outer Banks for the first time, the house is nice, clean, comfortable with lots of space, the hot tub was perfect for the spring weather we had, it is truly walking distance to the beach! overall we had a great time, thanks much for renting your house to us!

Awesome spring break get away

We really enjoyed staying at Summer Breeze. It was in the upper 80s a few days we were there in the pool was open so that was very nice. They had everything stocked well,we can’t wait to come back.

This is our second time staying here and we love this house so much. Our pups had so much fun in the backyard. This house has everything that you need. And if it’s multi families, some can stay on the first floor and you have a kitchenette and some can stay upstairs - You’ve got a full kitchen. Super easy to communicate - any questions we had were answered quickly.
