Includes FREE beach service 2 sets of padded lounge chairs and large umbrella directly on the beach 3/1-10/31 (subject to beach conditions & weather permitting). A great bonus for our guests, it is up to a $80/day $480/week value. Just tell the person handing out the chair what unit you are staying in.

La Dolce Vita is the perfect spot for your next beach getaway! The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances you will need during your stay. The dining table seats 8 for the entire crew to have a delicious meal together, and extra seating at the bar! The living room features new sofas , and there is a huge balcony for all to take in the sights of the Gulf for miles! There are 2 Gulf Front Master Suites, one features a King bed and the other features 2 Queen beds. The third bedroom has a king size bed. The 4th bedroom offers a twin over full bunkbed with a twin size trundle.

There is parking at Ocean Ritz & there is also extra parking across the street for your convenience. You will be located right in the middle of Panama City Beach with easy access to restaurants and Walmart. So whether you want to walk down to the beach, or take in the Gulf front pool, La Dolce Vita has everything you will need!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The parking was not up to standard. I rented a four bedroom condo and had two parking passes which one was under the building and the other was for the overflow lot across the street. The overflow lot only has about 20 spaces and it which stays full with workers vehicles. The lot behind it is paid parking which my guests had to pay for the whole week. I feel when renting a four bedroom condo there should be enough parking to accommodate at least three to four vehicles without having to pay to park. Other than that the condo was very nice and clean. I wouldn’t stay there again due to parking situation.

This unit was amazing! My family and I enjoyed ourselves so much. Plenty of room for everyone. Everything that you need to accommodate your cooking needs in the kitchen. definitely will be booking again!

Unit okay, but a few problems

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We called to get help with the TV remote. After the third maintenance person came on Thursday, we finally got it fixed. It needed new batteries. The skillets were old teflon skillets that were scratched and they need to be replace. One mug was chipped when we got there. There is only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels.

The place was very spacious and decorated nice. The only thing dirty was inside the kitchen and bathroom cabinets. We also found an acrylic nail in the double queen bedroom. The 2 king beds were not very comfortable. It felt like the box springs could’ve been broken. TV remotes were also not controlling the volume on some of the TV’s, so very loud when watching. The balcony was awesome. Spacious, great seating area and view. Kitchen had everything needed to cook. Would’ve been nice to have more dish rags/towels. One set wasn’t enough.

Property is exactly as described. Lots of space, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, large balcony.I was impressed with the high ceilings, crown molding and upgraded bathrooms. Pool was not enormous but was heated which was a definite plus in November! 12 People slept comfortably in the bedrooms (8 adults and 4 kids) and there was also a sleeper sofa in the living room which we did not use. We will definitely consider returning here!

We loved our stay, the condo was beautiful! Very spacious, outdoor balcony was fantastic. We seen lots of stingrays, big fish and dolphins. We would for sure love to come again!

This condo is on the 19th floor has a huge balcony, beautiful view of the beach. We seen dolphins almost every morning and even seen a sea turtle! There was plenty of room for 8 of us. Within Walking distance to several local restaurants and shops. The beach was not crowded at all during our stay at the end of August

Incredible views. Great patio. Kitchen was well stocked and the location is great. Only giving 3 stars because there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in all 4 bathrooms for 7 of us for an entire week. The master bedroom bed was a bit uncomfortable and we could not find any additional blankets or pillow cases The condo could use some touch ups cabinets, paint, baseboards etc. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get in and out of. You could not park a truck in this spot. Overall, it is a nice place and I would stay again now that I know what is provided and what is not.

The condo was beautiful, location is perfect! The only complaint we had is the parking. Parking is different for every condo so you may not have the same problem. Worst case scenario you pay for parking and that’s about 30 for 24 hours I believe, so not that big of deal. Will definitely stay again.

Great Condo

We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect, near restaurants, of course the beach, Walmart! We had a spectacular beachfront view and the location beachfront. Everything for the kitchen was all we needed. We loved having a bathroom with each bedroom, so we all had our own. The beds were also very comfortable. Only one small complaint and it was that the floors needed a good mopping, nothing that would stop us from coming back. The balcony was huge we just loved it!!

A little bit of heaven

Beautiful property in desirable area of PCB. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Balcony was the star of the property. It was huge with many seating areas and types of furniture for sunbathing, eating, playing games and just watching the stunning sunsets.
