Thank you for staying with us and we hope to see you again. Your husband was very friendly. We are sorry your bathroom wasn't wide enough. We do not have this house listed as wheelchair friendly and mentioned before you booked it did not have a ramp. We told your husband if ya'll come back to town that our house on the N side of town has both a ramp and wide doors for wheelchairs and a bathroom big enough to put wheelchair beside the toliet. Next time, please let your hosts know exactly what you need. Typically, 4-star ratings mean something was missing in the property. We feel this is an unfair rating as we have all 5 stars consistently on AirBnB and your only complaint was due to booking a house you were informed already wasn't wheel-chair accessible. If you could change it we'd appreciate it as your spouse told us via text and by phone he really loved our property. Thank you.
