Ponderosa By The Lake can be your next home away from home in the mountains and Big Bear Lake!  Located just minutes from the lake and marina for summer fun on the water.  A short drive gets you to sledding and to the resorts for winter adventure!

This sprawling family cabin boasts plenty of mountain charm with wood floors, a gas fireplace, log furnishings and views of the beautiful trees and peek-a-boo views of the lake.  The large living room sofa is comfortable for those wanting to watch the flat screen TV with Dish satellite and DVD.  The log dining table has room for 6 with additional seating in the glass-surrounded breakfast nook that feels like you are eating outdoors. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics for preparing a meal and includes a glass top electric range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, regular coffee maker and Keurig machine. If mountain air is what you crave, step out to the covered patio with seating and ceiling fans, and barbecues with propane and charcoal options. Kids will enjoy playing catch or building a snowman in the flat front yard at this big bear cabin.

Just off the kitchen is the family room with wood burning fireplace, pull-out sofa, love seat and access to the patio and a 3/4 bathroom.  Down the main floor hallway you will find a full bathroom that is shared with the first bedroom.  This bedroom has a queen bed and TV with DVD player.  Further down the hall is the second bedroom with king bed and access to the 3/4 bath that is shared with the family room.

For those who are looking for entertainment you can step through the connecting hallway to the family room that is perfect for storing all of your winter gear.  From here you can also head into the garage game room with card table, pool table, air hockey.  The third bedroom is also off this hall and includes a queen bed, twin over full bunk, TV with DVD player and private 3/4 bath.

Upstairs is even more sleeping and lounging space!  A sitting area has a TV with Dish satellite and DVD player.  A full bathroom is convenient next to the sleeping side of the room.  Two twin beds and two futons complete the space.  Just off the common room is a private bedroom with a twin bed, queen, and vanity with sink.

Do not exceed the occupancy limit
Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult  occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.

No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.

No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.  

Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:
41790 Garstin Drive & 39690 Big Bear Blvd.

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction  
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In  addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
