Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay. Disturbing the peace is a City Ordinance Violation. Please keep noises to a minimum between the hours of 9pm and 9am. Being on the deck using the BBQ after 10:00 PM can result in a fine. Failure to comply with these rules may result in expulsion from the property by the City Code Officers with no refund and additional fines from the City of Big Bear if they receive a noise complaint.
Destro's Lakefront shares a driveway with other homeowners. There is a very strict limit of 3 cars maximum at this home. Neighbors will call code enforcement and you risk fines or being towed if there are more than 3 cars. Guests must park in the driveway of the Destro's Lakefront property only. Do not block the shared driveway leading to the home. Guests take FULL RESPONSIBITY for following the 3 car maximum parking at this property. You cannot hide additional vehicles at this property!

The great room features a floor to ceiling natural stone wood burning fireplace and vaulted knotty pine ceiling with lake and mountain views from the wonderful wall of windows. Enjoy lounging on the sofa while watching your favorite show on the flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. A large dining room table is perfect for a meal or family game night. Step out to the back deck of this lakefront cabin and sit and watch the scenery for hours or grill on the propane barbecue. The kitchen is just steps away and features it's own fireplace, granite counters, stone tile floor, vintage inspired gas stove and refrigerator, coffee pot and microwave. A stacked washer and dryer is perfect for longer stays.
The main level has four of the five bedrooms. Bedroom one has a queen bed and back deck access. Bedroom two has a queen, log style bed. Bedrooms three and four each have a twin over full bunk bed. Two bathrooms are located on the main level for easy access from any room. Upstairs is the master suite with private deck overlooking the lake, 3/4 bathroom with extra spacious shower and double sinks, king bed and TV with DVD player.
Head downstairs for all the fun! Challenge your fellow guests to a game of pool or shuffle board. The stove style gas fireplace will keep you toasty while you watch TV. A half bathroom is located on this level. Step outside to the back yard and relax at the table and chairs, play a game of horseshoes or take a stroll down to the water's edge. Destro`s is a great Big Bear Cabin to live life, take it easy, eat, relax and enjoy your friends and family.
ABSOLUTELY NO BOAT OR HAULING TRAILERS TO BE PARKED OR BROUGHT ONTO THE PROPERTY INCLUDING BACKING INTO THE DRIVEWAY. NO EXCEPTIONS! (If you need additional parking and are bringing a trailer there is an open public parking lot provided by the city of Big Bear off of Alden Rd.)
Lake levels vary throughout the year and boat docks availability is not guaranteed at the time of your arrival. Destination Big Bear is not responsible for the level of water in the lake during the course of guest's stay. Please contact us to inquire about the most up-to-date lake levels for lakefront properties.

Note: The driveway is very steep and during the winter can be extremely challenging. Booking this home between November 1st and April 1st will require guests to drive a 4 wheel drive vehicle and be prepared with chains. Please make sure the driveway is safe to exit and remember to use salt to melt the ice and snow if needed. If it has snowed recently or during your stay do not attempt to use the driveway without a 4 wheel drive vehicle and be prepared to use chains. If you need our help, please call us and we can help you at no charge. 4x4, 4 wheel drive, and All Wheel drive is required for Winter rentals at this property.

Do not exceed the stated occupancy at any time during your stay. The maximum number of adult occupants may be less than the total maximum occupancy. NO PARTIES ALLOWED.
No parking in street or yard
Parking is only permitted in the driveway, designated parking spaces, and garage. This includes trailers. The maximum number of vehicles permitted is on the exterior sign.
No amplified music 24/7
Amplified music is not permitted to be heard beyond the property line 24/7. Close your windows to avoid music carrying beyond the property line.
Head inside at 10:00 p.m.
Noisy outdoor activities and spa use are prohibited from 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
FOR PET FRIENDLY HOMES ONLY, Take your furry friend with you
Take your dog with you so they do not disturb surrounding neighbors. You will find that Big Bear Lake is very dog-friendly! Please be sure to verify prior to booking that the property does accept pets.
Take trash to dumpster locations
Trash needs to be taken to a local dumpsite. Clean Bear locations:

Fines
The minimum fine for violating the rules stated previously is $500 per violation. A second offense is $1000 per violation.
Eviction
Unruly guests who blatantly disregard the rules and expectations will be evicted without a refund. In addition, costly citations may be issued to the undersigned.
