Kyrene’s villa was a great space for my family of 4. Close to Atlantis and Marina Village. Kyrene was a very accommodating host. She let us check in early upon our arrival. We absolutely loved the private patio and having our morning coffee and breakfast out there.

The villa was beautiful and immaculate. We spent 2 nights before heading to Eleuthera. Kyrene was so helpful and friendly. Everything was wonderful. Thanks so much we totally enjoyed our stay!

A great place to stay! Close to everything, clean and quiet. Beds and linens are comfortable and the A/C worked flawlessly with good temperature regulation.Lots of extras…even a snorkel and flippers to use. We will definitely come back again!

Paradise Found on Paradise Island

The property was great - listing was accurate and well equipped for our family of 4. What really puts this property above the rest is Kyrene. Having a host that’s on site with local connections and familiarity of the island made for a fantastic vacation!

Excellent stay

Kyrene was an amazing host, so responsive to messages and so willing to help and provide suggestions which was great! The villa was so cute, clean and perfectly walkable to everything we needed on Paradise Island. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Kyrene for everything!

Relaxing and making memories

Villa was awesome with a great location. It was well stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The host was very helpful and responded very quickly if needed. She supplied a book of places to see, do and eat. I would recommend for all and would go back for sure.

Ocean Break Villa# 10

Could have not picked a better location. Kyrene gave us very personal attention, like staying with a friend out of town. So much more relaxing than a hotel. Several nights had dinner on our own private patio. Just like having your own vacation home. Would choose this villa again for sure.

Great location and home away from home

Kyrene's place is the perfect spot on Paradise Island. So close to the beach and without the 'big hotel' feel - the perfect home away from home. Kyrene has the unit stocked with everything you would need - beach towels, beach bags, games and a fully equipped kitchen and everything is very clean and tidy. The pool area is the perfect place to relax before or after the beach! I wish we could have stayed there longer. We will definitely book again when we come back.

It was private. We could sit on the patio and unwind and not have to socialize with the other guests. The villa was close to a shopping plaza and restaurants that we could take the golf cart and travel to Atlantis.

Bahamas Bound

We had a wonderful time while in Paradise Island. Our stay at Ocean Break Villas was perfect! Our host, Kyrene, made everything easy. The villa was spotless and filled with all needed amenities. The pool was directly outside our villa gate and was clean and private. The villa is a short walk to the beach and to delicious dining, shopping and groceries. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. Kyrene was available for all our questions.

Best rental I have ever done!

All the comments and pictures all were so true. Kyrene was a wonderful host and beyond helpful. She even offered to help us go to the store with her. Contact was so easy with her and everything about the rental was perfect. When we return we will definitely look at staying again. Proximity to beach, food, Atlantis, boat rides all within walking.

Before rating and reviewing the property, I first have to say what an incredible and amazing host Kyrene is. She is extremely focused on your experience and comfort while staying at one of her properties. Seriously, I just can't say enough about how wonderful she is. We were literally treated like royalty and given the VIP treatment during our stay. Not only did we love the property, but we will go back just to be a guest of hers. My wife and I travel several times a year and stay exclusively at a VRBO or AirBNB rental so I am speaking from experience when I sing her praises. No other property owner comes close to her and the excellence and care that she will provide for you. She will also gladly set up all of your excursions and with her vast contacts she typically can get discounts for you that you will not find elsewhere. She also gives the best recommendations for any type of activity you desire and is available on demand. I literally mean that if you have any question or concern, even over something mundane, within minutes, if not seconds, she will call or message you back. I'm almost to my limit in how much they allow one to write or I would go on and on!

AHmazing Experience!!!

I don’t know where to begin here… everything was perfection! We couldn’t have created a better stay. The location, amenities, space and the host were absolutely super. Kyrene is the best, she is so knowledgable about the Bahama Islands, this place is near everything you want and need for fun in the sun. The Bahamian experience was so full of laughs, beauty and everyone made us feel so welcomed! We celebrated our friends 35th here and we had five people from different states fly in for a flawless island experience. Thank you Kyrene for making our trip extra special, we cannot wait to come back to the Bahamas and stay here!

Great Villa, Great Location, Very easy check in, check out

We loved staying at Ocean Break Villas. The villa gave us lots of space, was really nice and had a pool within steps of the villa. This was much nicer and quieter than staying in a hotel room. The location was a short walk over to Atlantis and all of the shops and restaurants near there. All of the shuttle buses to activities knew exactly where the villa was. The owners had a lot of suggestions for restaurants and activities. Prior to arrival, we got an email with taxi, diving, restaurant, and other beach activities suggestions. They were all great. Communications with the owners could not have been easier. This was our first time in the Bahamas and we will definitely go back and stay at Ocean Break with the same owners.

Ocean break villa #10

My family of 5 had an amazing stay at villa #10. Kyrene was an incredible host and met us at the villa at check in. The kitchen had everything we needed for the light meals we cooked daily and Cabbage beach was only a short walk from the villa. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided and although there were bicycles and a golf cart available to rent, we did not utilize them since the walk was so convenient. We walked nightly to a variety of amazing restaurants like Dune, Nobu, Chop Stix, Olives and Anthony’s. We sang karaoke at Viola’s and bought day passes one day to the Atlantis water park. We dove with the sharks, swam with the pigs, and snorkeled the calm waters around the islands. Great vacation and would definitely recommend Kyrene and her villa!
