House located in the quietest and most popular area of Montpellier (Aiguelongue district), close to the city center (tram 300 m, city center 4 stops) with quick access to beaches and the hinterland. Riverside landscaped 400m and parks nearby.
All amenities: Plasma TV with DVDs, WIFI, console wii U, library, front garden with lounge, back garden with moroccan table 8 places, barbecue, jacuzzi, kitchen and air conditioning rooms.
Ideal families or public looking for calm. Presence of 2 affectionate and independent pussies.
For reasons of comfort, I limit the number of vacationers to 6 people (7 if families with children).
Ability to easily park the car or without possibility of coming (downtown and beaches are accessible without a car).
I speak German and English and I am a guide in nature (see the site "nature in motion" / possible outings).
