Wonderful stay

Great Spot!

This was a beautiful place with an amazing view. We had a group of 14 people and there was plenty of space for everyone. I had a question prior to arriving and got a very quick response. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Birthday & Anniversary Celebration

Our family has an excellent time and enjoyed the condo and all of the amenities of the Phoenix property. The corner view from the 16th floor was wonderful! My grandchildren loved the lazy river. Strongly recommend this condo in Orange Beach!

I called ahead to find out what items were in the kitchen only to find out the specific items were not there or broken (no blender, kcup pod in coffee pot was missing). That was frustrating. I know many people don’t cook on vacation but we do. An updated list of kitchen items would have been helpful. There were a few maintenance issues. Bulbs were missing and lamps didn’t work. We eventually found a flipped breaker but didn’t bother it just in case there was a reason. One of the toilets had dried blood on it. Ewww. Thankfully I had cleaning supplies. Everything else was perfect for my family. Location, layout, comfy beds, the view, covered parking, lazy river, access to the beach, ice maker in the unit and convenient trash chute were the highlights. I had a problem with my code and the owner solved it right away. Parking passes can be pre-purchased and picked up. That was quick and easy which I appreciate. In the end, we would stay there again.

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed in this condo. Hopefully we can get it booked for next year too! It is super nice and fits our family well. We love the ice maker (great for keeping our small coolers for the beach filled). The kitchen has everything you can think of.

Great Condo

This was the perfect condo for a large group looking to stay close together, but allow for multiple avenues for the group to explore. The access to the beach, pool, and lazy river made keeping kids entertained super easy! The condo had everything we needed to make our week stay feel like home!

LAZY RIVER/WATERSLIDE | BEACHFRONT | 4BR PREMIUM

Absolutely a great place for the whole family, young and old. Location close to many shopping and eating areas. The condo was very nicely decorated and the elevator wait was not an issue. The lazy River, pool, water slide, indoor pool and hot tub was enjoyed by the grandkids so much. I will definitely be back again.

Very large balcony, with wraparound windows from the balcony to the side - great view. Kids and grands had great time in the pool and lazy river with the water slide too, and obviously just steps to the beach. If you can afford it, renting the beach chairs and umbrellas every day works out great.

FAMILY VACATION

We have stayed in Phoenix resorts for the past 3 years. We love what the different resorts offer, Ex. lazy river, ocean front, fitness center and parking garage. Each property has been clean...had trouble with property manager returning calls was the only problem. we had.

Family stay during the off season

Our family stayed during Christmas week and had a great time! The off season is a nice time to visit OB/Gulf Shores. The property has everything you need. The beds are comfortable. the kitchen is stocked, there is a full sized washer and dryer and the views from this end unit can't be beat! Complex is in a super location with restaurants and grocery stores across the street The lazy river and outdoor pool are not heated so were not usable but there is an indoor pool and hot tubs. We would definitely stay here again.
