The condo was very clean and well equipped for cooking. The view is breathtaking! Love the large family living area and the large balcony! The pool was heated and was a favorite for the kids. We also fished on the beach in the evening. Caught several fish and stingrays. One of the best vacations we’ve had with our family! Definitely want to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sand in beds, floors and balcony. Balcony rug wasn't at entrance, in corner full of sand. Closets were so full with: tent, vacuum, pillows, comforters, blankets, lamp shades you had very little space to put your things. The room with 2 queen and 2 twins made it very difficult to walk along the wall because we had to put back packs against wall due to very little closet space. Head and foot board of bed in the room with 2 queen beds needed maintenance. Lamp in king bedroom wasn't working. Middle shower curtain in jack & jill bathroom was molded badly. Master jacuzzi spewed moldy water to the top of the picture. Kitchen containers were not organized, tops in one cabinet with lids scattered in all cabinets. Advertised sleeps 16, only had towels and wash cloths for 12, utensils 8 or 10, can't remember. I called Charlie and left a voice mail saying we needed more towels and wash cloths and asked for a return call. The next day I was delivered 6 towels and no wash cloths. Most importantly Charlie never called. On the brighter side, we enjoyed our family time together. It is a beautiful unit and the location is great. Weather was beautiful. Kids went on the beach at night to hunt for sand crabs. We went to adventure island and played putt-putt golf and rode go carts. Ate at Angry Crab, it was delicious! Our vacation time passes way too fast.

Property was nicely decorated as the pictures show. The beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. There is lots of seating in living area and balcony. However the property is not maintained well and is in need of a deep cleaning. Mold is in master shower. Mold was in the ice maker also. The property manager did have it cleaned while we were there. One shower drain was full of hair and would not drain until we cleaned it. Toilet in master did not flush well. Sheets were poor quality. For the price I expected it to be maintained better.

Family Beach Trip

We are a family of 10 and wanted to all stay together. This condo was the perfect size giving everyone their own private space and bathrooms . The decor was perfect for being at the beach . We especially liked the spacious size of the balcony .

Spring Break 2024

Wonderful property, location, and people! Walking distance to several restaurants and some shopping. Parasailing and Dolphin cruise. Beach is amazing! Property was clean and accurate with listing - wonderful views.

Beautiful Condo

It is a beautiful condo with amazing sunrises from almost all rooms. Lazy River, water slide and zero entry pool was perfect for the rough ocean days. I highly recommend it.

Exceeded our expectations!

Beautiful condo with massive balcony facing the ocean. Interior was even more beautiful in person and the beds were all very comfy. Our traveling party included a grandma, a family of 4, and 3 friends plus a toddler. We had more than enough room and everyone was very pleased with our condo. We definitely plan to return!!
