Great and as advertised! This house is very spacious and rustic, and very walkable to downtown. We loved the hot tub and the large driveway for all of us to park.

Perfect family home for our family ski weekend. Welcoming and cozy. Large enough to gather together and yet there were some spots to sit back and relax. The Owner and Caretaker were helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions.

We were traveling with a large group and were excited to find a house with the variety of beds and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. The house is conveniently located to the main street with restaurants, bars and walkable to Lake Mirror for a swim. Check in was easy with a lockbox by the entry door. Having the lockbox was key as not everyone was coming and going together. Plenty of room on the outdoor deck for everyone with the hot tub right there. We ate breakfast on the porch. Hope to rent this same house next year for our trip.

Thank you for your excellent review. I actually arrived at the house for a visit today before the cleaning people started. I would like to thank you for the condition you left the house in. Most of our guest leave the house neat, but you left it so neat my initial impression was the cleaning people had already started cleaning. I wish there was a way to give you ten stars. Best, Bob

We were there for a wedding . We loved lake placid!! I think the house could use a bit more everyday supplies other than that it was an Awesome time.

Glad you had a nice stay and were pleased with the house. We'll speak with the cleaning crew about everyday supplies for bathrooms and kitchen. While we don't list them as supplied in our listing, we do instruct our cleaners to leave two of everything (toilet paper, tissue boxes) in bathrooms and kitchen (paper towels and dishwasher pods).
