Great location with easy access to the beach! We enjoyed the fireworks from our balcony. We had plenty of space and was very relaxed during our 1 week stay! The renter was very responsive and helpful!

This rental is very nice. Clean, welcoming, stocked with kitchen supplies, and the view of the ocean is beautiful from the living room window and balcony. Also there are coolers, beach chairs, and sand toys stocked in the utility room for use. I highly recommend and if we return to North Myrtle we will definitely book it again. Side note… Just recommend bringing your own umbrella or renting one. There are two in the rental but we had trouble getting them to stay in the sand. Thanks Rick for the communication.

Great condo for pet owners! Condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked. It’s the best stocked place we’ve stayed - so thoughtful with kitchen supplies and everyday cleaning supplies to make kitchen use a breeze.If you don’t like crowded beaches, this is the place since there isn’t a large condo building nearby with tons of people.Porch with all sorts of chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of toys tops off an awesome unit. Owner, Rick Smith and family were immediately responsive we I had internet connection question.Top rating!Mark Coleman

Exceptionally nice condo on the beach. Great location and very easy check in/ check out process. Rick is great to deal with, and is easy to contact. We will stay here again. We enjoyed every aspect of our 2 week stay.

We arrived later than expected but the property owner was quickly responsive to last minute questions and very accommodating when the property mgmt office was unavailable. We were traveling with a blended family. Having 3 bedrooms with 5 beds and sofa bed was a must. The beds were comfortable and linens were delivered cleanly laundered. The kitchen offered all necessary equipment for cooking for a large family. The central air kept the space comfortable and each room had ceiling fans. Although we brought our own beach chairs there were beach chairs available for our use as well as a beach umbrella, multiple coolers and lots of beach toys for children. The TV has a Roku option and ability to log into your streaming services. The balcony had seating for four as well as two tables for enjoying the beautiful view of the beach/ ocean. Overall a lovely family vacation.

Ricks place is very convenient to everything. The beach is right out the door with plenty of local restaurant's close by, I will most definitely be coming back in the future!

It was beautiful and clean. Plenty of space. The kitchen was the BEST kitchen I've been in at the beach. We cook a lot. It has everything we needed. Owners were very responsive.

Lovely condo with amazing oceanfront views

We really enjoyed our stay at this well located condo. It is literally steps from the beach and the views are amazing. The unit is beautifully decorated. Great location close to stores and restaurants.

If you pass on this condo you are sleeping!!

Listing was just like described. Actually never stayed in a condo so nice and clean especially after they had guests the week before. Check-in process was very easy and the communication was excellent between the host. Will definitely be booking this condo year after year…..

Beautiful condo - amazing location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The accommodations were first-rate and the location is fantastic. The views are breathtaking. My favorite time of day was tea on the balcony after a morning walk on the beach. Thank you to the owners for providing such a great home away from home!
