Isolated character house with 12-person swimming pool, 30 minutes from Albi.

Ideal for meeting with family or friends, this cottage is located on a secluded property overlooking the valley above the beautiful village of Ambialet. Walking, horse riding, mountain biking, canoeing, historic visits, adventure parks, activities abound in this corner of the Tarn, on the border of Aveyron. In summer the swimming pool, in winter the chimney fire, this completely renovated 19th century stone house is perfectly equipped to accommodate a group of up to twelve people: 4 bedrooms (one with 4 single beds, two with a 140 bed and a 90 bed, one with a single 140 bed), a bathroom upstairs and another on the ground floor, two toilets, a large dining room with a farmer's table 3.10 m in length, a living room with fireplace and bar, a kitchen with two large worktops and two terraces and a ping-pong table. Toys and books are also available for children.
The swimming pool is sheltered (and therefore secure) but according to your choice, you can completely fold down the shelter for a freer swim.
Weekly and weekend rentals (two nights minimum) only out of season.
The household linen (sheets and towels) is included in the rental price. A bowling green in front of the house and next to the barbecue awaits you for frenzied parties.

We hebben enorm genoten van het huis! Vooral het buitenleven, het uitzicht, zwembad en de heerlijke buitenkeuken waren praktisch en gezellig.We hebben heerlijke weken gehad en zouden het zo weer huren.De verhuurders zijn erg aardig en behulpzaam. Makkelijk te bereiken en geven tips voor restaurants en uitjes.Zwembad werd tijdens ons verblijf discreet en netjes bijgehouden..

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in Mayas Haus. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Man kann es sich auf den vielen Terrassen gemütlich machen und nachts viele Sternschnuppen sehen. Maya hat uns regelmäßig mit Tipps aus der Region versorgt, darunter waren tolle Nachtmärkte in der näheren Umgebung und Restaurants. Wir waren Kanu fahren, Canyoning und sind einfach im Tarn geschwommen. Tolles Haus, tolle Umgebung, sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus in Courris – insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!Schon die Lage ist traumhaft: Das Haus liegt inmitten einer herrlichen Landschaft mit einer wahnsinnigen Aussicht – man kann sich daran kaum sattsehen. Für Familien mit Kindern ist es ideal, denn es gibt überall Platz zum Spielen, Entdecken oder einfach zum Entspannen. Über das gesamte Grundstück verteilt finden sich verschiedenste gemütliche Ecken, in denen man sitzen, lesen, essen oder einfach die Ruhe genießen kann.Ein besonderes Highlight war für uns war die Outdoor-Küche,die vielen Kühlschränke,die Sonnensegel die Eiswürfelmaschine und die richtig gute Musikanlage eine moderne Dusche und Mückengitter haben das Urlaubserlebnis zusätzlich aufgewertet.Auch die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war außergewöhnlich positiv: Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar – egal ob wir Tipps zur Tour de France brauchten oder Rückfragen hatten. Ihre Hilfsbereitschaft und Erreichbarkeit (24/7!) haben wir sehr geschätzt. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt: Der freundliche Nachbar, der nicht nur eine Lampe reparierte, sondern sich auch um die Reinigung des Pools kümmerte.Der Pool selbst war natürlich ein weiteres Highlight, vor allem bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen: In den Schlafzimmern war es aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage nachts recht warm. Zudem waren die Matratzen für uns etwas zu weich und die Kissen etwas zu groß – aber das ist Geschmackssache!

Logement sublime en pleine nature

Nous avons passés un agréable moment dans ce logement. Une vue à couper le souffle. Environnement très calme en pleine nature. Très belle endroit pour se retrouver en famille ou entre amis. Grande et belle maison dans une carte postale

En arrivant à Courris, on comprend tout de suite que les propriétaires soient tombés amoureux de cette maison. Isolée en haut d'une colline, la propriété offre un panorama splendide et permet de passer un très bon Week End au calme et sans avoir peur de déranger les alentours. Tout est fait pour pouvoir passer de très bons moments et nous pensons déjà à notre futur visite. Je conseille grandement aux futurs locataires de faire le déplacement jusqu'à la bergerie située non loin de la maison, les produits y sont excellent.

Un séjour paradisiaque

La vue sur les alentours est magnifique et la maison très confortable et spacieuse. On se sent comme à la maison avec le dépaysement en plus! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et mettent à disposition tout ce qui peut agrémenter les vacances: livres, jeux pour les enfants, vaisselle comme à la maison... La piscine est grande, avec possibilité de couvrir la nuit et garder ainsi des températures très agréables pour la baignade. Un véritable coup de cœur!!

Au top ! Superbes vacances chez Maya & Arnaud

Nous avons passé un agréable et parfait séjour en famille. La maison est spacieuse, fonctionnelle et confortable. La literie est impeccable. Une belle piscine très grande, les enfants ont adoré. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux de Maya et sa famille. Plusieurs activités à faire à proximité, canoë Kayak à Trebas, visite de villes environnantes. Albi est une ville géniale. Cordes-sur-Ciel à visiter impérativement mais la vue au sommet de Cordes sur Ciel ne vaut pas la vue impressionnante de la maison de Maya. Nous avons assisté à des paysages uniques dans cette location comme dans des rêves. Nous espérons y revenir un prochain été. Toute notre famille remercie encore Maya de nous avoir permis de séjourner dans leur maison.

2 semaines au milieu des collines, loin de l'agitation du quotidien !

Nous avons passé de splendides vacances dans cette maison perdue au milieu des collines! La vue est à couper le souffle et on ne se lasse pas des longues soirées passées à scruter le paysage et les étoiles ! Vacances idéales pour ceux qui veulent se couper du monde durant quelques semaines! Les marchés, Albi, Cordes sur ciel, descente du Tarn en kayaks, ...les activités et les visites culturelles ne sont pas loin! A savoir quand-même, le premier supermarché digne de ce nom est à 18kms, première boulangerie à 10kms et absence de wifi! Le calme a un prix, moi ça ne m'a pas dérangé ! Dernière petite chose, l'acceuil de Maya et Arnaud, sympathiques et dévouées .

Nous sommes ravis d’avoir rencontré Maya et Arnaud et d’avoir pu bénéficier de leur maison le temps d’un week-end. La disposition est parfaite: toutes les chambres sont à l’étage avec une très bonne literie, les pieces de vie commune sont spacieuses et agréables et les extérieurs au top! Deux terrasses pour les repas, une piscine couverte qui assure une température minimum, le terrain de pétanque et la table de Ping Pong ont ravi les jeunes et les moins jeunes! Perdue au milieu de rien, la maison se prête très bien pour faire la fête et les petits villages autour sont hyper charmants! Bref, allez y sans réfléchir pour un moment convivial et ressourçant!

Maison située dans un endroit très calme avec une magnifique vue panoramique. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, le succulent fromage, les différents jeux mis à disposition, le feu de cheminée, l'équipement en général, la sérénité du lieu. Vu la courte durée de notre séjour et le temps, nous n'avons pu profiter de la piscine. Petit bémol: manque de rangements dans les chambres. A noter les relations par email excellentes avec les propriétaires et leurs réponses rapides et concrètes. Gite à recommander à vos connaissances.

Nous sommes partis fin juillet en famille, trois générations étaient présentes et tous ont apprécié le séjour. La piscine, couverte ou découverte a comblé tout le monde. La vue des extérieurs est géniale. Bref, nous serions partants pour y retourner dans plusieurs années.... Stunning location, spaceous and comfortable.

Our first sight of the property was a sheer delight and the rest of the house did not disappoint. The pool is fantastic and the removable cover enables use of the pool on days when the weather is less than perfect. There is plenty of space with more than adequate dining areas, both inside and out. The mini-bar with "biere pression" was a great hit with the big kids! An ideal property for those wanting a quiet and relaxing place to stay. The host is helpful and friendly and on hand should any assistance be required, not that there were any problems at all. We would happily return to La Bastide-Solages, in fact we did not want to leave!

super séjour! (weekend de pentecôte)

"Perdue au bout du chemin" cette charmante maison sur les hauteurs du pays albigeois est décorée avec goût et propose tout ce qu'il faut pour s'occuper en famille ou entre amis: ping- pong, flechettes, jeux et livres ...3 chambres pour 3 couples et la quatrième pour des enfants (car sous-pente et chambre communicante). Cadre idéal pour passer un weekend ou une semaine en famille! Les enfants ont adoré la piscine (couverte 2 jours sur 3 car nous n'avons pas eu de chance pour le temps...). En promenade sur les routes aux alentours nous semblions seuls au monde entre éoliennes et champs de fleurs... A savoir: le premier supermarché est à 20 minutes de la maison. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui sont aussi très arrangeants. Il manque des rangements dans certaines chambres et dans la salle de bain du haut, mais nous leur avons déjà suggéré. N'hésitez pas à séjourner dans cette jolie maison, vous ne serez pas déçus!
