The front deck offers magnificant views of Winnapaug Pond and the Atlantic Ocean. The rear deck off the bedroom has views of the Weekapaug Breachway and also of the ocean. Why they chose this property
This property is one of the very few two-family properties in the Misquamicut Beach area. This home not only has private beach access but backyard access to the scenic Weekapaug Breachway, perfect for canoeing, kayaking and paddle boarding. Excellent location- steps from the ocean but close to shopping and restaurants.
What makes this property unique
We knew we were always meant to own a beach home on this road. We ultimately fell in love with this home for its spectacular views, proximity to the ocean and its bright/inviting charm. Each unit has its own feel - the bottom unit, offering a rustic cottage interior with modern amenities. The top unit has a modern nautical feel with amazing sunrises and sunsets.
