Beautiful cottage on a property of 5000m2 900m from the nature reserve Chevanu and Bruzzi or excellent beaches and two minutes.
Not to mention the essential site of Roccapina.
The place is very quiet and carefully furnished. Ideal for holidays with family or friends.
This new house of 70m2 with its double terrace offers all the comforts for your relaxation. (Private pool, air conditioning, internet access, tv, bbq ...) you will discover a clear view of the 8m x 4m and the maquis.
Conveniently located 15 minutes from Bonifacio and 25 minutes from Porto-Vecchio, or at 35min from SartĂšne and an hour from the mountains (Bavella, the Ospadale).
It is a beautiful house in southern Corsica.

A pleasant stay

An exceptionally clean villa in a quiet but lovely position. A great size pool which was warm and enjoyable. A large veranda for shade at the front and side of property. Very friendly and accommodating hosts.

Warm hospitality in a beautiful and very clean property

Thanks to Sylvie and Family for a wonderful week in a truly marvellous property. The setting for the apartments is very peaceful with lots of natural plants and two pools to chose from . The decor is modern , thoughtful and well cared for . The area itself has a vast amount of hidden places to explore and the fantastic information provided by the family helped us to make the most of our time there . We even went out one evening and managed to see dolphins swimming round us . Gavin and Alexander had fun on the Go Kart track....Alex won by miles Of course .... Although we don’t speak French and English isn’t widely spoken in Corsica we didn’t have trouble being understood and I am sure Dumi now has a Scottish accent ... We feel that we have made great new friends and can’t wait to return to this beautiful island and spend more time with them .

SĂ©jour de rĂȘve en Corse

Nous avons passĂ© deux semaines excellentes dans la propriĂ©tĂ© de Sylvie et DumĂ©. Le gite est parfaitement Ă©quipĂ©, trĂšs bien dĂ©corĂ© et agrĂ©able Ă  vivre au quotidien. La piscine est trĂšs bien entretenue et donne la sensation de se baigner dans un leu isolĂ© au milieu du maquis. L'architecture du Gite a Ă©tĂ© trĂšs bien pensĂ©e pour ĂȘtre isolĂ© des autres gites ce qui permet de garder toute son intimitĂ©. Enfin, tout cela ne serait rien sans l'accueil exceptionnel de Sylvie et DumĂ©, toujours disponibles pour rĂ©pondre aux questions ou donner de bonnes adresses tout en se montrant le plus discrets possibles.

Location trĂšs confortable. Belle piscine.

La location est trĂšs confortable, le mobilier est rĂ©cent et bien agencĂ©. L'environnement est calme (aucun bruit nocturne) mĂȘme si la route de la plage est un peu dangereuse Ă  faire Ă  pieds. La localisation est excellente car prĂšs de tout (sauf du Nord 😊) mais dans un endroit trĂšs tranquille. Et pour finir, un accueil parfait des propriĂ©taires qui n'hĂ©sitent pas Ă  donner des conseils sur les spots ou les restos mĂȘme s'ils vous reprennent vite sur la prononciation des villes corses đŸ€ŁđŸ€Ł.

Modernes Haus in idyllischer, ruhiger Umgebung

Modernes, neuwertiges Haus fĂŒr einen perfekten und erholsamen Urlaub: Sauber, viel Platz in allen RĂ€umen, zweckmĂ€ĂŸige aber geschmackvolle Einrichtung, großzĂŒgige Terrasse und moderne KĂŒche (GerĂ€te wie Nespressokaffeemaschine, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle neuwertig und top - Ausstattung KĂŒchenutensilien allerdings nur basic), einwandfrei funktionierende Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt befinden sich auf dem großen GelĂ€nde umgeben von schönster Natur 4 vermietetete Wohneinheiten und das Haus der Vermieterfamilie, das GelĂ€nde ist weitlĂ€ufig und alles ist so angelegt, dass jeder absolute PrivatsphĂ€re hat. Es gibt 2 Pools, die von allen genutzt werden können. I.d.R. teilen sich jedoch 2 Familien (je Hauseinheit) den direkt daneben befindlichen Pool, der ebenfalls sehr idyllisch angelegt ist und zum Entspannen einlĂ€dt. Die Lage von Terra di Sole ist sehr ruhig und abgeschieden an einer Landstraße. Über diese gelangt man abwĂ€rts schnell ans Meer und die naheliegenden StrĂ€nde, aufwĂ€rts in den kleinen Ort mit 2 SupermĂ€rkten sowie netten Bars und Restaurants etc. Man muss sich jedoch bewusst sein, dass man immer auf das Auto zurĂŒckgreifen muss und nichts zu Fuß machen kann. Als Ausgangsort zum Erkunden des sĂŒdlichen Korsika eignet sich Pianottoli-Caldarello hervorragend. Man ist schnell in Bonifacio (ca. 15 Min.) wie auch Porto Vecchio (ca. 30 Min.) als auch in die andere Richtung in Sartene (ca. 30 Min.) und Propriano (ca. 40 Min.) Gerade hier gibt es eine Vielzahl an traumhaften, langen und sauberen SandstrĂ€nden mit kristallklarem Wasser, die vor allem selbst in der Hochsaison nicht ĂŒberlaufen sind, absolut empfehlenswert Plage de Portigliolo!). Die Vermieter haben wir als sehr freundlich, angenehm und zuvorkommend kennengelernt, Französischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder 13 und 15 Jahre alt) drei wundervolle Wochen hier verbracht und wĂŒrden es wieder tun, d.h. wir können es guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen! Abschließend zu erwĂ€hnen ist, dass Korsika ein Tauch- und Schnorchelparadies ist. Die Tauchschule Hippocampe in Porto Vecchio (deutschsprachig) hat uns hervorragende Tauchkurse und damit verbundene Taucherlebnisse ermöglicht.

Magnifiques vacances !! Nous avons été trÚs bien accueillis, les hÎtes, Sylvie et Dominique sont trÚs disponibles, prévenants et de bons conseils (randonnées, plages, restaurants, etc...). Le coin est trÚs tranquille et propose des superbes balades et des plages paradisiaques (le sentier des Bruzzi par exemple). Le gite est tout neuf, propre, confortable, trÚs bien équipé, et idéalement situé pour visiter le sud de la Corse. Merci à vous deux. Nous prévoyons de revenir dÚs l'été prochain. Ruhe und Erholung

Wir waren 11 Tage an diesem idyllischen Ort. Das Haus befindet sich auf einem großen GelĂ€nde mit anderen, trotzdem hat man PrivatsphĂ€re. Die RĂ€ume und Terrassen sind großzĂŒgig gestaltet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool. Die Vermieter wohnen auf dem GelĂ€nde und waren ausgesprochen herzlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und können diese Unterkunft empfehlen fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern und Ruhesuchende. Hinweis: Vorort ist eine Kaution zu hinterlegen und eine Menage (fĂŒr die Endreinigung) in Höhe von 85 Euro zu zahlen. Tipps: Unbedingt bei Chez Felix im Ort essen gehen, in die Berge fahren und in FlĂŒssen baden
