Sanremo. House 1491470 The house was spotless. It's location overlooking the city and the bay is stunning. Ezia made us very welcome and nothing was a problem to her. I would recommend this house very highly. The open air market on Tuesday was great as was a snack in La Vecchia Cantina . Everything was brilliant.

Da wir laut Beschreibung ein ganzes Haus gemietet haben, waren wir erstmal erstaunt und enttäuscht, da die Vermieterin im Haus oben drin gewohnt hat. Wir wussten das sie auf dem Grundstück mit ihren Hunden lebt, aber nicht im selben Haus. Das Anwesen selbst ist wirklich wunderschön und gepflegt. Was unser absolutes Highlight war, war der Pool. Der ist wirklich groß. Ca 16/6/1,5 Der stand uns auch exklusiv zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung war sauber und geräumig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Das Bad war auch sauber und groß genug. Im Schlafzimmer wäre eine Klimaanlage nicht schlecht. Ezia die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und auch hilfsbereit wenn man irgendwelche Anliegen hat. Die Hunde sind an sich sehr lieb und sehr zutraulich. Allerdings sind sie und auch andere Hunde in der Umgebung nachts und früh morgens sehr laut. Deswegen kommt diese Unterkunft für uns leider nicht mehr infrage. Wir arbeiten hart und müssen immer sehr früh aufstehen, da wollen wir im Urlaub Nachts unsere Ruhe. Aber wen das nicht stört, dem kann ich diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Fantastische locatie boven San Remo met (bijna) olympisch zwembad

We willen bedanken Ezia voor haar zeer behulpzame en gastvrije ontvangst. Het huis is niet goedkoop maar de prijs zeker waard. Zeer groot mooi zwembad; veel zitgelegeheden buiten, uitzicht op San Remo. De restaurants en winkels van San Remo liggen op loopafstand via een mooie wandeling. We hebben ook genoten van de honden. Zeer aanwezig, grappig en vriendelijk.

Per il secondo anno un'ottima vacanza

Eravamo già stati in questa casa l'anno scorso ed avevamo trascorso una vacanza serena e rilassante. Quest'anno abbiamo ritrovato la cordialità e la gentilezza della padrona di casa, l'appartamento in ottimo stato e come al solito ordinato, pulito e dotato di tutti i confort oltre che una piacevole innovazione: la vasca idromassaggio. Bello immergersi nella vasca dopo aver trascorso un'intera giornata al mare nella totale privacy. La cosa che più appreziamo di questa struttura è il silenzio, la meravigliosa vista panoramica e il fatto di trascorrere momenti in totale privacy e relax senza disturbi esterni pur essendo a pochi minuti di macchina dal centro di Sanremo. Grazie Ezia, speriamo di tornare presto.

Un très bon accueil, des petites attentions très appréciables. Ce fut un séjour très agréable par la fraîcheur de l'appartement et son calme où nous avons pu bien nous reposer ; de la détente avec une piscine "olympique", un jacuzzi très relaxant et le solarium. Nous remercions encore Ezia et ses 3 fidèles et adorables compagnons qui nous ont bien diverti ! Je recommande vivement ce "petit paradis" et j'espère à bientôt...

Un panorama da favola

Sono stato nei giorni del festival di Sanremo nella villa della signora Ezia Canepa sulle colline sanresemi. E' stato un soggiorno da favola, grazie anche alla gentilezza e alle attenzioni della proprietaria. Nella villa non mancava nulla e mi dispiace solo che per impegni di lavoro sono rimasto poche ore al giorno in questa splendida dimora. Peccato anche non aver fatto il bagno nella bellissima piscina. In estate, credo, questa villa potrebbe diventare certamente ancora più accogliente considerando la piscina e il verde tutto attorno. Infine, va sottolineato lo splendido panorama con il mare ein lontananza, il verde delle colline e le bellezze monumentali di Sanremo.

SUPERBE ENDROIT ET PERSONNE TRES AGREABLE

Que dire de plus que ce qui est déjà énoncé par les autres vacanciers. L'endroit est super et la maison très propre et assez grande pour y trouver tout le confort qu'une petite famille recherche, Ezia la propriétaire de la maison est une personne très agréable et très très serviable. Toujours de bonne humeur et surtout avec le sourire, nous pourrions écrire encore et encore beaucoup d'autres choses. Les chiens sont gentils, obéissants et pas du tout envahissants. Pour tout dire, nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine. Merci Ezia pour ce bel accueil et ces vacances très agréables que nous avons passé grâce à toi, ta bonne humeur et ta joie de vivre. Ambiente pulito e confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 giorni ad agosto ed é stata una vacanza piacevole e rilassante. L'alloggio gode di ogni tipo di servizio adatto anche ad una vacanza di lungo periodo. Gli spazi interni sono grandi, ben illuminati e soprattutto perfettamente puliti. Dal cortile sibgode di una splendida vista panoramica e si puó accedere ad una piscina (che puó essere anche coperta) lasciata a disposizione degli ospiti. La padrona di casa é gentile, ospitale e disponibile e noi ci siamo sentiti più suoi amici che semplici affittuari. I cani sono docili ed affettuosi. É un alloggio che consiglieremmo a chuinque voglia trascorrere una vacanza in una località marittima vivace e dinamica ma ricerca anche silenzio e relax: in pochi minuti dalla spiaggia alla campagna! Per noi é stata un'ottima sistemazione.

une location tout a fait correspondante a l' annonce , une maison tres agreable sur les hauteurs de san remo avec une vue imprenable ,la maison est bien entretenue et propre , une piscine superbe ainsi qu un jardin riche , un solarium bien plaisant avec une cour tres grande mais le meilleur est l acceuil et la disponibilite d 'ezia qui a eu tout au long de notre sejour des attentions pour nous etre agreable ....le sejour c' est termine avec un repas typiquement italien ...un regal la compagnie des 3 gardiens de la maison n ont presenter aucun souci bien au contraire !!!!!!! nous avons fait de tres belle rencontres avec ezia flavio bobo giudy et sheila ainsi que leur famille un tres grand merci JE RECOMMANDE ++++++++++ corinne

Séjour de rêve, lieu idyllique accueil inoubliable

Accueillit par la propriétaire lors d'un rendez-vous fixé avec elle, nous avons été accompagné et chouchouté tout au long de ce séjour. L'environnement de la maison est exceptionnel et paisible. Des attentions dans sa maison très appréciable pour débuter un séjour même court ! Ezia la propriétaire des lieux est une femme discrète et très chaleureuse comme Bobo, Giudy et Shela ses 3 chiens. Nous retournerons les voir avec un grand plaisir pour finir de découvrir San Remo, échanger sur les plantes de son jardin splendide et partager à nouveaux de bons souvenirs...avec impatience !!!

A Treasure

From the start all went well. Ezia made contact and confirmed arrangements and directions - as we had a 6.5 hour drive from Basel Airport this was much appreciated. Ezia was different from every other property owner in that it was obvious that it really, really mattered to her that we her guests were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Ezia is special. She showed us how to navigate San Remo both on our arrival and again the next day. It made such a difference to our holiday that someone would take so much time to show us how things worked in Italy. The property is lovely - sparkling clean. You have all the equipment required and more onsite. The views are most impressive. The pool is an oasis in the high heat of summer. We found the dogs a reassuring presence as we have a dog of our own. They are big dogs and dedicated to Ezia and after two weeks with them we will always have fond memories of them. We knew that Italian food was good as we had a week in Tuscany some years ago but Ezia showed us another side to Italian food. We received fresh basil, peaches from the garden, salami, a home made jam with fruit from the garden and a special home made San Remo Pizza which was absolutely delicious as I love anchovy and capers! But not only this Ezia on our second last night cooked us a banquet again with Pizza, but also with a courgette based pie, a most beautiful delicacy of courgette flowers deep fried with different fillings and a really powerful fondue like sauce with fresh vegetables for dipping. But, any meal is only as good as the company and on this occasion we enjoyed great conversation and craic with Ezia across a great variety of topics very late into the night! The town of San Remo is a lovely place to amble about and with temperatures of 28-38 that was as fast as we could go - we found a beautiful outdoor restaurant in a small square beside the local market and listened to church bells ringing as we enjoyed our evening meal. Blissful. We slowed down in San Remo for our two weeks as the temperature was some 20 degrees higher than in Ireland. It was a lovely break. A last comment on our time with Ezia I would just like to thank her for her medical assistance when we had a problem. Anne suffered an allergic reaction to some mosquito bites and despite a couple of trips to the pharmacy the problem persisted - Enter Dottore Ezia to help! Above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you Ezia, Flavio, Bobo, Shelia and Guidy. Best wishes John, Anne + Kate

Beware of dogs

We stayed three nights with Ezia in San Remo. Her house is located high in the hills above San Remo and has a lovely view. She also has three very large dogs, which we knew about in advance, but were surprised that they barked a lot and were not that happy that we were in their space. One of the dogs is old and quite friendly and allowed our children to pet it, another dog is also older but as a rescue dog is afraid of backpacks and snapped and snarled at my husband when he was wearing the backpack. The young dog is a German Shepard and barks all the time, every time you go into the common areas of the property and is very skittish of people. She was not very comfortable around the kids and was scared, you could tell by her behaviour. She made me nervous around the children and my children, who love dogs, were not keen to leave the house without an adult with them (my kids are 9 and 11 so not young). The pool has a permanent cover on it and was very very warm. You cannot remove the cover so it was nearly impossible for our kids to jump into the pool which they love to do. They also couldn't throw a ball around in the pool because of the cover. There is also not much area around the pool to put a lounger, which makes it difficult to watch the kids around the pool because unless you are right there you cannot see them due to the cover. If we wanted to sit in the sun there are loungers and a table and chairs to use but they are in an area we called the parking lot because that is basically what it felt like. The house itself is very clean and has everything that you will need to have a wonderful vacation. It was her grandfather's house and it looks that way. Ezia was wonderful to us and very helpful and friendly. We love dogs but I was always a bit on guard when the dogs were around (which was most of the time). I went up to Ezia's house, she lives upstairs, and the dogs were like little pussycats. They let me pet them and were lovely and friendly. However, when we weren't in their space they were quite nervous. I would NOT recommend this house if you have young children as I would be afraid that their sudden movements might frighten the dogs and they could get hurt.

Favoloso!

L'immobile si trova in una posizione da cui si può godere una fantastica vista panoramica sulla città. Nello stesso tempo il centro si raggiunge facilmente, in pochi minuti di auto o in alternativa con una salutare passeggiata di non più di 15-20 minuti. La proprietaria è seria, gentile e sempre disponibile; predispone per l'affitto i suoi appartamenti con il massimo della cura e pulizia; per questo motivo per noi è stata la terza vacanza presso di lei. L'appartamento in questione ci è stato fatto trovare in ordine, in ottimo stato, curato nei dettagli d'arredo, pulito perfettamente, come pure gli accessori. I cani che stanno di guardia alla casa sono molto educati ed affettuosi, non disturbano affatto. A disposizione nello spazioso giardino si può godere anche di una piscina coperta da 15 mt x 6 mt x 1,50 h (a tutta lunghezza), ottima per qualche nuotata rilassante, ma anche per il gioco. Ci sentiamo pertanto di consigliare caldamente questo immobile a chiunque sia alla ricerca di una vacanza con le caratteristiche sopra descritte. Buona vacanza a tutti!

Bellissima villetta immersa nel verde.

1491470 questa bellissima villetta silenziosissima immersa nel verde si trova appena sopra Sanremo. Vista imperdibile sul mare e piscina molto grande dove puoi fare le tue vasche in santa pace. E la sera sei al fresco rispetto alla città il che non guasta. Da ritornarci assolutamente.
