Location, location. Hummock Pond waterfront, short walk to Cisco Beach and private neighborhood beach access. Two bedroom/ one bath cottage and one bedroom/one bath studio apt (rent together. full kitchen in cottage) Sunsets over conservation land from second story studio deck. Two enclosed outdoor showers. Dock on pond, kayaks available. Central air in studio apt, window AC's in cottage.
