Our family had a wonderful time! We had everything we needed to relax and enjoy Carlsbad. The house is close to everything we wanted to do. The pool and spa were amazing. The host was great. Definitely one of our best experiences.

Our group of family members all had nice rooms with their own privacy and the gathering areas of this property were wonderful for celebrating and catching up with each other especially the tall kitchen table.

The Pool was the biggest hit!! Close location to the beach, convenient to freeway, communicative host and just the right amount of rooms. Very close to Legoland and the music museum. No air conditioning was the only draw back in summer. It was still mid-70's most evenings. Use the provided mini fans next to your windows and it get cooler in the evening when you do.

We found the location perfect for walking to the beach. Downtown Carlsbad was just a short drive away. I really liked the detailed instructions to just about everything you would have questions on. The instructions for the hot tub were perfect. I like to cook and found just about everything I needed to cook meals and even a cake. The family room was very comfortable and we had 8 guests. I would recommend this property to all my friends.

Cyndi's home is lovely with Spanish flair. The accomodations are comfortable, the pool and hot tub fantastic and for any questions we had, our host was easily accessible. Seven adults and three kids were very comfortable in this home. We would definitely stay again.

We truly had a lovely time. And our host was easily and quickly available via the app. Our one critique concerns the degree to which this property is truly ADA compliant. The bathroom is only marginally compliant. No grab bars. Shower is not actually wheel chair accessible. We did okay because the person in the wheelchair is incredibly strong and young. We did purchase a shower chair that we gladly left for those who come later. We are very, very grateful that these hosts endeavor to make this property ADA compliant…we need more VRBO properties that are ADA compliant.

As a private residence, not a public facility, our home is not required to be completely compliant with ADA guidelines. On the ground floor is a bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower that includes a movable sprayer and grab bar with a built in bench plus available shower chair. The bathroom space may be tight for larger wheelchairs. I will provide more details and measurements if requested.

Lovely house near the beach with a lovely pool!

My family really enjoyed our stay at this property. The heated pool and proximity to the beach (and LegoLand!) were extremely nice touches. Ample space for our group of 8, nice amenities, and excellent responsiveness from the host. Thank you for having us!

Fantastic Value in Carlsbad

My work colleagues and I stayed at Cynthia's house this past week and the overall experience was exceptional. The house has everything that you need for several individuals to be comfortable, and we spent many hours enjoying the pool/spa/outdoor area. Would absolutely stay at this property again next time we are visiting Carlsbad!

Family Vacation

We came from Idaho for a family vacation. We loved the house ! Very beautiful and wonderful for our large family! Pool and hot tub were great! We hope to come back in the future and will definitely stay in this home if available. The owners were wonderful to work with!

Family Getaway

The house was much better than the pictures. Spacious, well appointed, clean and within easy walking and driving distance to the beach. Everyone had their own room. My wife and I took our daughter’s family of 5 on this trip and we’d certainly stay here again!

Great family spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay over the Christmas holidays! We were a family of 8 adults and had plenty of room to spread out. It was easy to make meals at home. We had wonderful weather and were able to use the jacuzzi in the large backyard. We were also able to walk into Carlsbad village (about a 20 minute walk). We would definitely stay at Cyndi"s place again!
