Disorganized

I believe this property will eventually be a good rental however felt it fell very short if the previous experiences I have had. Concerns for safety as screens were cut or broken in two doors. Lawn was not maintained. Amenities for convienience were not met. We couldn’t find the tools needed to cook as they were minimal. Overall it’s a nice property but was not up the standard you would expect for the price nightly.

Laurie, Many thanks for your review. My apologies that you felt this experience fell short of the previous experiences that you've had. It would be helpful if you could share those experiences and what made them different. Also, some clarity and specifics around you mean by "Disorganized" will help others reading your perspective make an informed decision and would be advantageous to me in understanding how and what to improve. Your assessment of the lawn is correct. We've experienced an insurmountable amount of rain in the area which had made it difficult to maintain the yard consistently. Regarding kitchen amenities, there are several drawers stocked with cooking utensils. If there are specific items that you would recommend, it would be helpful to know so these items can be added. Please know that I encourage all guests to contact me during their stay if there is something they are needing and or a concern that they might have if something is not meeting their immediate expectation. Communication is a critical part of the experience and as a host my goal is to make certain that my guests are satisfied during their stay.
