Beautiful 3 bedroom with upgraded linens, 2 bath, and a large salt pool. Open and airy. Home is very well stocked.
Luxury waterfront home with expansive waterfront view. Sunrise and sunset view. Large dock, boat hoist, great fishing.
Home is located on a wide junction with close access to the harbor.
Punta Gorda Isles is minutes from shopping and dining.
Master bedroom overlooks the lanai and pool with a view of the water. Sliding doors open to the lanai. King bed and large private bathroom with shower and walk in closets.
2nd bedroom has a King bed and walk in closet.
3rd bedroom is a full Murphy bed.
Guest bath has tub and shower.
Spacious private lanai with large pool, bar and dining table.
There is a Weber grill for grilling.
There is a formal dining room with sliding doors that open to the lanai.
The kitchen is well stocked.
The living room has a 42” flat T.V. And sliding doors that open to the lanai.
Wi-fi and cable provided.
Fish right from the dock. Fishing gear, and pool floats included.
Cancellations: We understand things happen and are flexible.

Beautiful home with pool

This is a beautiful, immaculate family home. Although our trip was cut short due to COVID-19, we had a great few days and really enjoyed the pool! Linda and her husband are super nice and great to work with. Hope to book this property again!

A great vacation experience

My wife and I spent a week here. This was our first time in Punta Gorda. Not only was the property fantastic, but we really enjoyed the area. Played some golf and enjoyed some good food at local restaurants. We look forward to a longer stay next year.

Perfect holidays

We enjoyed spending our christmas holidays in this lovely house. The view from the patio/pool area across the water is just amazing! The house is clean and very well put together, feels like home the moment you walk in. Linda the owner made sure we had everything we needed and helped us out whenever we had questions. Had an awesome time at your home during our vacation. House is wonderful and warm at a fantastic location. Everything at the house was perfect. New dock was wonderful. No luck fishing, but I think that was more my skill as we seen lots of fish rolling across the top of the water. The owner/host, Linda, is one of the friendliest hosts I've encountered since using these services. Thanks so much LInda!!

Perfect Relaxing Home with Everything you need for you and your family!

We really enjoyed our stay, it definitely felt like home and had everything we needed. The house was very clean and the yard was beautiful and located in a nice neighborhood. There was plenty of room and it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool, grill and the spacious pool area with the beautiful view of the water. We spent a lot of time out there. The location was great and we enjoyed the local restaurents that were a short drive away. Linda was great to work with and easy to get in touch with. Thank you for sharing your home with us, and for a perfect relaxing week.
